El desayuno está bien, cumple con las expectativas. Tienen un poco de todo: huevos, totopos con salsa, frijoles, cereales y tostadas.

Legue a las las 15.00 horas al check inn y no estaba lista la habitación; se demoraron más de media hora y quería ir a Monte Alban que cierra a las 17.00, me atrasaron todo. Las sábanas muy arrugadas sin planchar, las toallas deshilachadas, no pusieron toalla de mano, 1 shampoo para dos personas. Fuimos a desayunar a primera hora y todos los manteles donde estaban instalados los alimentos estaban sucios y manchados, no había alimentos internacionales, sólo comida mexicana, tuvimos que desayunar un poco de sandía que estaba muy remadura

El personal de recepción, pésimo me quiso cobrar de más al regístrame y al mostrarle la tarifa de booking quiso manejar un 50% de la tarifa árida de más pues había llegado con mi familia a las 2 pm y la entrada era a las 3 pm entonces le solicité a ir me guardara mi equipaje y le al pagar en ese momento la noche contratada intentó cobrar de más

Hotel muy moderno y confortable, habitación muy espaciosa y silenciosa. Desayuno delicioso y muy completo. Aparcamiento para el auto. Personal atento y amable.

Ninguna queja. El sistema de aparcamiento es un poco engorroso con el sistema de elevador, y además tienes que pedir al personal del hotel que te abran la puerta, pero tampoco supuso un grave inconveniente.

Fire alarm batteries were low and kept beeping every 20 seconds. After telling staff first night, it was never fixed. I had to sleep with ear plugs.

The facilities are nice and clean, it looks very new and everything is in good shape, I noticed that every room has a motif, mine was about the fire but my sister's room was about water, nice colors and I think was a little different, I liked it. Close to downtown 10 to 15 minutes driving.

Internet and TV were horrible, I'm not saying I went to Oxaca to watch TV but is always nice at the end of the journey when you are in your room just relax and watch something. The internet was super slow, I had a virtual meeting and had to use my data because the internet simple did not work.

They don't provide breakfast. So that information is wrong.

Amazing value for money. We have been to Oaxaca before and stayed in various hotels in the city centre: they have more character and are at a walking distance from historical sites, but the comfort is rather questionable, as buildings are somewhat old. This time we only spent a night in Oaxaca on our way to the seaside and deliberately chose a hotel out of city centre but close to the highway leading to our destination. The building is modern and the comfort level is great compared to everything we have seen in Oaxaca before: huge room with a large bathroom, plenty of storing place, desktops in the main room and in the bathroom, a coffee machine and courtesy products to make coffee, minimalistic design, but everything is modern and functionable. Good water pressure and nice hot shower, powerful WCs. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Nice breakfast - not a wealth of choice, but more than enough for our needs. The parking is underground and there's a lift for the car to go up and down. All for half the price of a budget hotel in the city centre.

I would add a little bit more choice to the breakfast options, but maybe it's just because there were not many people in the hotel when we stayed, so it was not worth it.

The internet connecting page lead to malware. Underground parking is only reachable by a ramp, but once your vehicle is lowered, only way up is through narrow metallic stairs like in a ship. Good luck getting your bags up, and don't expect any help from the staff which is disinterested at best. They won't bother letting you know there is no elevator so as to give you a chance to leave your luggage at the lobby, either. We tried to extend our stay for a night, however they required us to check out, take out our stuff and wait until the check in time to move to another room, even when an exact same room was available for whomever was checking into our room. It was impossible to have the receptionist realize this and we had go leave early for a work day, so waiting for check in time was impossible. We opted instead for a new hotel, and will likely not be returning.

Wide, comfortable room, nice view, comfortable bed, plenty of space for everything, very nice bathroom. It was a pleasure to be a guest at the hotel. I needed a particular type of charging cable and the receptionist found the one I needed.

The breakfast was so poor that I went directly to the restaurant - I could not eat anything from the three things offered.
