Friendly polite lady cleaning the rooms with a big smile on her face which was welcoming, great value, not directly in the centre of the city but central enough to the point where you can get there in 10mins. On site gym which was a big plus, quiet, relatively comfortable and clean. Massive supermarket literally outside and a bus station with many buses for good connectivity. Uber is also another travel option as relatively cheap (circa 6 euros per trip to the city centre)

Get a kettle - please! They have every other appliance in the kitchen, but a kettle so you have to heat water / milk in a pan each time you want a coffee / tea. You will save energy and money if you buy a kettle. I would have also appreciated more info before I arrived: how do I gain access to my room, a contact number etc.

Great connection with public transport to the city centre, comfortable accommodation.

All the things. Firstly we came about 10 pm and receptionist wasn’t there, but it’s understandable, not always they can be near. We got apartment no.3. Heads up: if you’ll get this apartment give it back or ask for refund. The apartment wasn’t like in the pictures, but we’re not so naive as to think all those pictures were true. So there wasn’t any cattle, the receptionist said it was stolen)))) what a load off rubbish… There were no deodorant, the bathroom was hot to a fault, no sugar or tea or something off that order. Sockets were randomly installed. When we called the receptionist to bring a cattle and some other things, he was late by about 10 minutes, but said that he will be 5 minutes from when I called. Receptionist looked somewhat disinterested and started to improvise and giving tips how to DYI. Next morning at checkout time he wasn’t at registry. For 51 Eur it’s not worth it. Maximum I would pay about 25-30 €. I’m appalled and shocked by this hostel. Highly unrecommend booking this ripoff.

Good apartment clean and well equipped would recommend to anyone great location next to buses and large grocery store.

It took atleast 3 phone calls and a while waiting to get a hold of somebody to check in even though we had stated our arrival time. Everything else was great.

nothing to say because for the price it’s a bargain

The apartment was very comfortable and extremely clean (I have forgotten my slippers and I was walking bare foot and felt really good :) ). I liked the double bed on the second floor. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was air conditioner which helped a lot as the temperature outside was 34 degrees. The place was great for us, very close to the NK Prechko stadium, but also close to the big supermarket and also super close to Bus central station. I also liked the concept with open shared space between the apartments.

We had to work during our stay in the Big Smile Apartments and the WiFi was not good enough. But is all what's needed I guess for common usage.

Really cozy and nice room. Service was excellent and everyone was kind. We were allowed to park in front of the entry, what made our visit extremely comfortable. ☺️

Floor and smell

Location, location, location. Basically on one of the main city bus/tram terminals and you're in city center in 5 minutes.

Spacious apartment, decent location. Had free parking.

Toilet had a very repulsing smell, especially overnight when it got warmer. Living room heating didn't work very well so it was cold, even during the night. Bedroom was extremely warm, and we couldn't adjust heating there.
