The photos do not do this villa justice - it is huge and there is plenty of room for 3 families to have fun together in communal spaces or relax on their own for a while. We were 6 adults and 5 children between 9 to 16. The outside area is brilliant and the kitchen with large fridge freezer and ice dispenser is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. BBQ, indoor and outdoor seating. Pool table, pool with slide, inflatables and sun loungers. What more could you ask for?! The shop across the road sells the essentials and fresh bread and croissants daily. The location is ideal if you don’t want to drive. 5 minutes downhill to plenty of restaurants and a further 5 minutes downhill to the beach and lovely square with more restaurants. The hills look daunting on the way back up, but after an evening meal they are quite enjoyable - not so much in the midday sun! The manager was quick to respond to any issues we had and we would definitely stay here again.

The decor is a little tired but for a big family with young children it didn't matter to us. Christina the cleaner was lovely and managed to clean around the rabble! Nina the villa manager was on hand for any problems. We will be back I'm sure!

We had a lovely holiday at this villa. There is plenty of room for large groups. Children loved the pool, slide and games room. The accommodation was a short walk down to the town and beach and we would defiantly recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday in Carvoeiro.

The house was even better than expexted. Large rooms and livingrooms, nice pool, loved the billiard room, great kitchen, nice neighbourhood and wonderfull view.

the whole experience from start to finish was so straight forward and smooth from all the staff including Nina and Christina the villa was exceptional in every way and facilities were second to none from the size of pool to the accommodation. it also so close to the town centre and easy access to the A22 to go sightseeing other areas thanks to all involved and hope we can go back soon Superb place

Very spacious we were a party of 10 adults 4 children and a baby plenty if room for everyone. Lovely pool although the water was cold needed it because it was hot. Lots of cooking equipment and large barbeque. Near the beach ,shops,bars and restaurants and a nice little mini market across the road. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve stayed at the villa for one week with my big family of 13! (9 adults, 4 children) We have all been very pleased with the stay, and would love to come back. The villa is huge, with great common areas. The kitchen is big, and well equipped even though a few things should be replaced for something more modern - like better kitchen knifes. + big pool, much space, close to minimarket, Good restaurants, close to beach, smart-tv. - slow wi-fi, not enough hot water for 13 people. A huge property with plenty of space for 9 adults and teenagers,. Fab outside spaces.,Pool area and bar/games room and outside dining were wonderful.Plenty of car parkingEasy short walk albeit steep, into cavoiero. Ideal for family with teenagers However if wi fi, TV and air con are a priority to you this may not be the place for you. No wi fi unless you purchase a dongle - however 2 mins down the road the kids found free wi fi spot to give them an Internet fix! TV doesn't really work. Which didn't matter to us . Air con tripped the electricity constantly if it was on in more than one room.These things didn't spoil the holiday fir us at all as it is reflected in pride of villa rental. And we would go there again without a doubt

This visit to this wonderful villa, and although in the quieter months the house and Carvoeiro still don't fail to impress. Huge spacious house, more than enough for a large family and friends. 5 minute walk into Carvoeiro which has all amenities but also ideal suited for a hire car as its situated centrally in the algarve. The house is always immaculate and Truus the villa manager is always a phone call away to help with any queries we have. Amazing pool and outside facilities, perfect for BBQ and relaxing. Will be coming back in July for another visit. Couldn't recommend a villa highly enough.
