Availability of two bathrooms. Excellent apartment for two families (4 adults + 2 children)

Spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, very helpful host who accommodated our delayed arrival

Road noise caused some disturbance, especially at night and made it impossible to enjoy sitting on the balcony

Flat is very big and comfortable, fair enough for 5 persons (in our case 3 adults and 2 kids). 2 bathrooms, aircon, lot of space.

Little bit far from centre. In general there are few problems: cleanliness is the first. Our kids were playing "hide and seek" and after coming out from below the bed they were covered with dust. Whatever was not visible on first sight, it was not cleaned since a while. Towels were stinks, we were not able to use them rely, otherwise we were stinking like old rag. Looks like they were washed only with water, not with washing powder. Some kitchen equipment is very used (anti-sticking surface from pan was scratching a lot and left in the food, new pan is some few euros to buy, please dont ask your guests to use such bad conditioned). Expect a bit of noise from the crowded street - flat is on the 1st floor.

the host, Diana, was super nice. very friendly and helpful. the location was near public transport station and grocery stores nearby. clean location, comfortable beds

nothing that we didn’t like but we recommend to watch out at small details like: - missing extra garbage bags - missing coffee capsules - missinf washing machine detergent

The apartment is big, compartmentalized in a great way. The apartment had everything you need for a family from utensils to washing machine, fridge and all. Wifi was good. Location is good, with Mercadona at 100m on the same road. Air conditioning in all rooms, 2 bathrooms.. really great.

Parking .. that is a big problem in the big cities. We had a paid parking about 50m away from the flat, which is not far only if you have a lot of luggage like we did but that can't take from the fact the flat was nice and cozy.

Walking in the park and to the old town. Plenty of buses outside or just round the corner to explore other parts of city. Nice light secure 3 bed apartment. Very happy with our 4 night stay . Some people have commented on traffic noise, but actually we didn't find it to be a problem. Highlight the Biopark.

Anxious Waiti for someone to meet us at arranged time on arrival and no response when phoning number given to us to check why not there. However when daughter did arrive she was apologetic and very helpful. Also problem with key to entry gate to the apartment block. Several people in other apartments in the block having a problem too, so hopefully the management company will get the lock sorted or have a new one fitted.

3of 5 people could not open Communal door key lock( 70% broken)

The apartment had everything we needed and was perfectly clean and comfortable. The host was super helpful and communicative.
