Parking is an issue

It smelt of cigarettes upstairs. It wasn’t particularly clean. The whole property could have done with a refurbishment. The location at night was not pleasant for a solo traveller.

The hosts rang me up the night before the booking asking me personal questions about why I was staying at the property and if I was using it for a party which I said no it was just me and my partner staying. She Mentioned personal details from my booking account about my address which should be protected by the data protection act. She then had to ask her husband if we could stay after the long interrogation over the phone about why we were staying!!! I asked for a refund at this point which I was told I wouldn’t receive back due to pre paying in advance and would loose it. So had to basically stay or loose the money!!! Place was adequate part from mould Patches around bedroom windows and mouldy bread in the bread bin to use which I found quite humorous were a few points to mention. Terrible experience overall never had this via booking.com before. Avoid at all costs!!!

Steep stairs up to bedrooms and bathroom

The apartment was well equipped and spacious with the bedrooms upstairs. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

The shower was very difficult to set to the right temperature and it could be very easy to scald yourself. Parents with children would need to pay attention to this

The kitchen tap leaked. Upstairs smelt like someone had been smoking

Thoughtful touches with the breakfast and juice. Excellent value for money. Thank you so much. 😊
