we prefer a softer bed so found the bed rather hard and uncomfortable however that is personal preference. Our kids found their bed comfortable

The place has all the right qualities to make this the perfect accomodation for you and your family: - The bed was so comfortable - The location is sentral - The place is spotlessly clean - Their entire staff are kind and always attentive. We had to buggies with us and they're always there to help us carry it and it and bring it to our room - The kitchen was well equipped with basic cooking needs - The room that we had was front facing, so we had a good view of the park

There's nothing not to like about this place. It's a fantastic place to stay. Easily one of the best places we've ever stayed in anywhere in the world.

the location is great especially for those who seek some privacy ,family-oriented, the concierge is excellent.. everything is near by this location absolutely wonderful for those who like to walk and discover the hidden gems of London .. I would like to thank Valerie for her prompt attention and efficiency.

I’d like to thank all staff in Lexham garden by cheval especially the Maneger Mr mickal who was very helpful and understable, Rupanjali, Gurpreet and Awais for their great effort to ease things to me and tried their best making me and my family changed our first impression about the accommodation and made us happy . of course I like the location as it is near many halal restaurants food , many groceries selling Arabic things and is near high Kensington street, stores open tell late night . I’m a client of cheval since 2019 and every time I choose to stay in their hotels ,they make me feel as I’m between my family members the apartments so clean have all facilities me and my family were so happy about the services

unfortunately the train sound’s noisy and we can hear the upper apartment sounds as well

very comfortable bed, good bathroom, coffee machine 😊 and washing Macindoe/dryer. great location. Lovely gym with excellent, functioning treadmill.
