Balcony doors are very bad quality. Very cold in room.

Close to the city centre (walking distance to the main square and the rail and bus stations). Clean, neat, cosy. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, so perfect for longer stays. Coffee, tea and sugar provided. Enough of the toilet paper provided (this doesn't happen often I have to say). Comfy bed and couch, small balcony, calm area with everything to need (shops, restaurants). Picking up the keys with no issues. I'm going to recommend this place to my friends going to Wrocław, and if I'm going again, I want to come back here.

Thin walls, you can hear the neighbours (but they all sleep at night, so not a real issue).

The sofa "bed" is the most uncomfortable "bed" I've ever had the "pleasure" of sleeping in. (2 hours sleep) maybe, who knows 🤔 And whereabouts the bedding is / was is still a mystery. Originally booked for 5 nights, I stayed for one. Probably aimed more at a younger age group.

Nice & clean apartment. Everything you need for self-catering. Tea, coffee and sugar in the lovely jars provided. I had a room on the 9th floor, on the sunny side so I was extremely happy :) Easy way to get to the centre of Wroclaw. Peaceful neighbourhood. Highly recommended !

Nothing to complain.

The apartment is located very close to the station - 20 minutes walking distance. You check in using the instructions sent via message therefore it is very comfortable option when you arrive at late hour. Balcony is available, bathroom is clean and modern, washing machine available. Other facilities have some signs of weariness but these are just minor things (more in section below).

Due to the fact that apartment is managed by professionals (they have a lot of other rent offers in Wroclaw), I will drop some things for improvement:) TV - it is huge but it has dark lines on the screen and remote was not working - maybe it is time for some change - it may be smaller but smart TV with clean image would be better for sure. Kitchen equipment - ONE knife available! This is completely unacceptable - even if some of them were stolen, the owner should get the new ones. No washing liquid in the kitchen as well - I bought one - it should last till the end of year;) but again - it should be there always! Window blinds - one of them was made from something so thin I was afraid it would tear apart - taking into consideration it has been already damaged (photo attached), the replacement is necessary!

Vent next to bed make noise 24h/7, during night you will hear this noise.

Comfortable apartment in great location.

There was no bottle or tin opener in the kitchen.

Modern and clean, meeting the very high Polish standard.

Unfortunately some basic kitchen utensils are missing. I don't see the point to provide the apartment with a brand new kitchen without stuff you need to cook.

no beds or towels ! They should mention that clearly in the booking.com page !
