Somewhat decent breakfast

Oh boy, where do I begin 1st of all we booked a room in the hotel, and after that we were informed that we would be staying in near-by building. It was the spa building I guess cause there was a lot of moisture in the air and generally an annoying/bad smell. Secondly, the room was in the process of renovation or something, as there were cables hanging from the walls when we 1st got in the room. Magically, the cables disappeared. I think a technician entered our room and worked there during our absence and of course he littered the place with dust. Bonus: there was a constant noise on the outside, coming from construction work. Thirdly, the sheets were not clean, as there were stains of orange/red color on them. In conclusion, this was a total rip off, (150€/night) for an emphatic display of unprofessionalism and bad management. I strongly recommend that you avoid spending your money there.

The hotel is located at a very good address, seen from the street, looks good from outside. Reception desk in both shifts were very very kind and friendly. Breakfast is fantastic, plentiful, we got breakfast prepared by girl who worked on reception and it was so good, delicius, all compliments for the service. Spa is included in the pice fine value for money.

There was no parking space on our arrival, and during all our stay so we parked the car in the nearby streets. Since we were in the renovated part, room looked old but clean, the bathroom was in bad condition, and very small. Spa is very poorly organized, there is option for drinks but no single worker whom you can ask for. There was no water for drinks, tea and stuff like that. The pool is very bad, and a lot of things at the spa didn’t work at all. Unfortunately bad impression but could be very good if someone took care off.

The spa center is nice, the rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The only problem is that you have to go out of the hotel to get to the spa center, which isn't very comfortable during colder days. The parking was full.
