Ubicación, personal muy amable

El desayuno estaba regular. Los huevos olían raro y tenían un color verdoso. El hotel necesita una reforma y una limpieza integral.

O atendimento foi atencioso.

No café, por 2 dos 3 dias havia fruta ou embutidos "passados". O quarto é bem pequeno mesmo, mais do que as fotos sugerem. O entorno inspira insegurança com aqueles gradis parecendo cadeia.

só foi concedido uma toalha de banho e éramos duas pessoas. neste sentido como quando fiz a reserva informei que eram duas pessoas, não acho justo cobrar pela segunda toalha

I thougth the hotel was dirty, demanding painting, old furniture.

Paint the bathroom ceiling at first place. Renew the matress, curtains...

The location is indeed very central, with two shopping malls nearby. Breakfast was okay.

The was some mould in the bathroom. You can hear everything through the doors and walls, especially if you happen to have loud neighbours.

Its location is great and is close to shopping, bus station, restaurants, tourist attractions.

Service could be better.

The location is very good. Sadly, they have not taken care of the place as they should, once the building is from the beginning of the city. It is placed at SHN, near the central area, and with good access to everywhere. The price was the most important attractive.

The place was not crowded; although, that was the impression because of the noise of other guests. I know that is a delicate matter to staff take care of, but it is a real mood killer. The wifi is a joke, if they will not provide it, do lie they will, or offer a good one for a fair price, but do not lie. But the worst was the breakfast: no variety, not that tasteful, no juice, few fruits, etc.

I dont eat much for breakfast, so I cant say much. It had a decent variety of options. I ate a couple tasty pineapple slices, a little bit of Kellog cereals, and an orange juice, which didnt taste very nice, it was one of those 30% juices from supermarkets. The juice could be better, but overall it was good enough, certainly for the money. The room was really good, very clean and neat looking. I had the small room, and it had a nice feel with the decoration. Such a small room could feel claustrophobic, but it was very pleasant to stay. In fact I stayed there for hours gathering up documents for an interview. The AC unit is a beast, my room was nice and cool. The parking lot outside the hotel was very convenient. The hotel was close to the US embassy, so very good location.

The shower is rather weak. Its electric and doesnt heat properly, even in lower flows of water. The bed felt hard and I struggled a little bit to sleep, but I am used to having a second pillow, and I was anxious for the interview, so maybe it wasnt the bed. A second pillow would be appreciated though.

really disappointed with the cash to facility return. the room I stayed in was not worth the amount I paid! and they didn’t have much better options either.
