El personal súper amable y atento 24/7. El último día incluso para que pudiéramos desayunar, adelantaron su hora de entrada media hora. 200% recomendable.

Everything was perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and caring. I could even already check in in the morning as my room was ready, for which I was happy after taking a bus during night. The breakfast is great. The view is awesome. The hotel is located a 3 minutes walk from the main street in a quite area. I recommend to stay here at 100%.

Luis was outstanding. He checked us in, made tea and juice on arrival, helped finish the room cleaning, was the waiter at breakfast, and was really focused on every detail. The cleaning staff and cooks were excellent as well. Crepes at breakfast were really good. We loved the room (#4), which had a great view and balconies. Perfect location in Salento.

The bathrooms window did not have glass or a net, some insects got in but just a minor thing. A net would be good.

Breakfast was outstanding. Location was great. The beds were very comfortable. The sheets on the beds were high end. The decorations throughout the hotel were unique and different. You could tell it was thoughtfully arranged. Down to the smallest detail. I was very impressed.

Room #9 was less expensive for a reason. It was still very clean and comfortable but noisy.

This hotel is a gem! It is situated on a slope and has a wonderful little garden. The house is built with a lot of attention to detail and you feel right at home. We had the room with the perfect view of Salento. Margarita is a great hostess and is very attentive and helpful. Here you have, above all, the best breakfast in Colombia! I can only recommend it!

The hotel rooms had exceptional views. The beds were perfect. Not too soft and not too hard. The quality of the sheets were high quality and I especially appreciated that they did not use scented detergent. The details of the lobby are high end. Beautiful rugs on the wall, the brass soap dish in the bathroom, the table runners from Turkey, the white linen Norwegian hardanger, baskets from Panama and many more. It was fun to look at all the details. Even the silverware was of high quality. The hotel staff were very helpful and I appreciated their excellent English. They were very helpful. And of course the breakfast was amazing. We could order from an extensive menu. Bravo! The coffee farm that they recommended was the best! If we needed transportation for any of our activities, the staff helped us.

Room 8 was not in a good location so I understand the lower price. It was noisy and you could hear water running in pipes that were near the room. We had two other rooms so that was ok but I would not stay in this one again. But if there was only this room available, I would stay in it in a heartbeat. The hotel was worth it.

This hotel is truly amazing! It has such a calm and peaceful vibe and has so many beautiful plants that you feel as if the house was planted on top of a jungle. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms are spacious and cozy, the showers have hot water, and the location is perfect - a few minutes walk to the main part of the city (close, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle). We absolutely loved our stay here, and loved Salento in general. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing! The hotel looks gorgeous, very clean and you feel straight away at home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast and great views. Location is perfect - you are in the middle of all the shops and food places (central square is nearby).

The building is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are well appointed, and very clean. The garden is gorgeous, and the location is perfect. Nice and quiet….definitely one of my favorite hotels in Colombia. The staff are a beyond friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast is divine!!!
