Great location. Very helpful and friendly owners. Delicious breakfast . Very well managed hotel . Room 1 has great double aspect sea views.

The hotel is perfectly well situated in Broadstairs, in front of the beach and at 5mn walk to the city center. Beautifull vue on the sea. Warm welcome and breakfast delicious !!

excellent location great selection for breakfast !

The hotel is right over Stone Bay, which is quieter than Viking Bay. The views are stunning. Rumsgate and Botany Bay could be reached on foot at low tide. The owners are lovely.

Could have been more shelves /storage in bathroom. there was a heatwave and the position of the room made it very hot inside although a fan was provided.

It is a family run business and they give you a very warm welcome. Lovely breakfast lots of choice

Very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic location. Great continental breakfast. Easy walking distance to all the beaches, bars, restaurants, shops. Right by the Open Top Bus to Ramsgate. Plenty of walking.

Difficult I know but we stayed in room 4 and the en-suite is very small so a bit of a struggle to use but understand that they are making the most of the space available to them. Also at the back so quite stuffy but fans were provided, so just something to be aware of when booking.

Amazing made to order continental breakfasts such as overnight oats, with around a choice of 15 jams! Great location, easy parking outside on street and very friendly hosts. Beds very comfortable.

Shower only, not bath and room is fairly small.

Breakfast was excellent , especially loved the overnight oats.

Only problem was we found the shower quite small and water pressure low.l

Friendly staff ,nothing was to much trouble .had a lovely balcony that overlooked the sea All facilities were perfect .couldn't rate thie Devonhurst any higher. Enjoyed my stay, many thanks

A family run b&b with a very happy vibe it was extremely pleasant and relaxing, breakfast was amazing so much choice and freshly prepared. A lot of love ,thought and care goes into making your stay pleasant and like I said a very calm happy vibe

A very good selection of continental breakfast. Shame you have to order it the night before, but that's understandable, especially these covid days. My preference is to be able to select from a buffet when you eat and if possible with full English on offer too.

Shame there couldn't be a bar for the odd drink or a tea or coffee. Like all B&B's there is nothing on offer in the evenings and you don't always want to keep going out. There were some other guest there who were nice and we like to chat with other people that way. I think a holiday break is not just about the bed and the breakfast only. Sadly it get's harder at this time to find anywhere that has these extra facilities on hand. The Devonhurst gives out a professional feeling in what they do though and they were lovely people running it.

Enjoyed freshly prepared breakfast, got woken up by the smell of freshly baked croissants. Owners very helpful, if they didn't have the answer right away, they would go out of their way and find the answer for us.

Having to fill breakfast menu in the hallway the day before. Would be better for guest if could fill a menu sheet in room & place back on hallway desk when done.

The Devonhurst B&B was just perfect for me it had all the facilities I needed a lovely en suit room with a nice double bed excellent sea view looking over Stone Bay coffee/tea making facilities hair dryer in room TV/Radio was a lovely place to stay & you are made to feel very welcome by Matt Kaz & David I had a beautiful relaxing holiday would highly recommend staying here ten out of ten

There was nothing about the property I can say that I did not like it was just like staying home from home all so very nice well worth staying at you will love it
