The house is located in the old town which is really nice and clean. The rooms were well furnished, comfortable and clean.

On Fridays the restaurant where we get breakfast is closed so we didn't get that day the breakfast we paid. If the owner has told us, I wouldn't be a problem but this way it was a disappointment in the morning.

Situated just a few meters from Bitonto's main city square, and just 10-15 minutes walk from the railway station. Plenty of small restaurants and supermarkets. Authentic Italian building, wonderful interior design, spacious room and common areas. Big, comfortable beds. Clean (at least in the beginning, as no one came for 5 days after that) One of the rooms had air conditioning. Host was responsive over the phone.

Total lack of privacy. There is a transparent door, and one of the rooms cannot even be locked. Neighbors were able to hear (and get frustrated) even when we talk quietly. No sound isolation at all. I was with my family, and one of the rooms lacked air-conditioning, and although the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to get qualitative sleep because of the room being hot. No one cleaned the bathroom or changed our sheets or towels for five days. There is a tiny shared fridge between all the apartments. Steep stairs can be a problem to people with limited mobility.

The rooms were comfortable, especially given the age of the building. Bitonto is a nice town that we otherwise would have not visited if we didn’t stay here.

The internet was out from Friday -Monday. When it came online, we didn’t have the password. Due to COVID, the breakfast could not be served at the Hotel. We were given coupons to go to a bar for breakfast, but it was closed over the holiday weekend. When we told Leo, who was kind, he let us know we could also go to a different bar (which was also closed given the holiday). Not a big problem but this could have been clear from check-in time.
