It was the best. Location was perfect, close but so quiet. Everything about it was wonderful

Location is perfect, easy access to Old Town. Very quite room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast options.

Was surprised to see the cleaning of rooms doesn't match the level of the hotel. That is disappointing.

Perfect retreat within city centre. Cosy atmosphere, sopfhisticated, nicely decorated room. Conference stay, anyway relaxed feeling thanks to hotel settings.

Beautiful facility and so close to Old Town Square! We were able to pop over there everyday for dinners and ice cream. Perfect place right on the outskirts of the busy part of town.

Nothing, it’s was perfect for my wife and I.

Location was good. We were given assistance with our luggage. The room was reasonable size for a one night stay. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. We ate it in the outdoor restaurant. The Scrambled egg was more a mixed up omelette with the white and yellow of the egg on show but it was tasty. The freshly squeezed juice was delightful. We did request the hotel staff to book a taxi to take us to the airport with a special request we needed something to carry two sets of golf clubs,2 suitcases & 2 people It turned up on time and was perfect for our needs. Interior Decor is lovely though has very "cold" & empty feeling.

Having a small bathroom with a shower over the bath isn't really acceptable in an establishment of this level. There was a rail for hanging clothes so had we been staying a few days it really wouldn't have worked for us (2 LADIES with dresses etc ) A question I always ask in hotels is WHY do they have hairdryers where there is a button to keep continually pressed to get it to work !!???? This one was no exception and for a woman drying & styling her hair it is extremely difficult Then there is the usual problem of trying to work out the complicated light switches, Why was the switch for the bedside lights hanging on the far side of the bedside tables ??? so difficult to find in the dark. The bar area looked great but really is an area that you pass through rather than sit in. It is very stark and there was no one serving behind the bar it didn't appeal. We didn't see any other guests there either. The restaurant was pleasant and the food we received was good but due to a language misunderstanding only one meal turned up. The second meal was cooked quickly meaning the fish was perfect but the risotto was not cooked properly. There isn't a concierge on the desk so although willing & very pleasant staff the assistance given about the area was not particulalry helpful.

Elegant rooms in a historical building in a great location.

Friendly service but overall experience not quite up to the marks of a 5 star hotel. (why a casino in the Center of the building instead of a high class restaurant? Quite empty/unfurnished lounge area).
