So beautiful yard and nice location with very good and kind staff

slippers They don’t have in room ,i asked they said we don’t have .they don’t have emergency electricity i was there for 2 Nights and for both days for some hours we didn’t have electricity. I had important meeting i wanted take shower but we didn’t have hot water and light because of this problem. There is No room in first floor and also lift ,so it’s Not very comfortable for old people or who has heavy baggage. In room you can find conditioner but without remote control ) so you can not turn it on . Price is little expensive because in this city there is too much more better hotels with good services and less price.

everything was as good as I expected so nothing that I didn’t like

I stayed at Hutor hotel primarily because of its proximity to Dnipro wakeboard cable park (some of the best in the country). You can actually see the Sentosa park from the hotel grounds and walk there within 10 min, so it was a good choice indeed. The hotel has a car park. The room was comfortable and clean (although we did have to ask for an electric kettle, which was initially lacking). There is a lovely garden with pine trees. Overall, a very decent place.

When I was checking out, a staff member startled me with an enquiry of whether or not we had got stinking drunk the night before (what she actually meant was whether or not we had been using the mini bar in the fridge, for using which you'd need to pay extra). It looked as if she hadn't meant any offense though, it was just the choice of words which was inappropriate. An electric kettle was given to us, but after enquiring about it twice

The hotel is like a resort on the river, not in the center of the city, but fine if you have a car. We stayed in a cottage, which was nice, though very loud on the weekends, as there are frequently weddings and other events in the restaurant, and the sound carries. The beds were comfortable.

The cottage didn't come with many amenities, beyond the basic sheets, pillows, towels and duvets. The shower didn't have a curtain, so water tended to splash on the floor. There was a kitchenette, with a fridge and an electric kettle, but no coffee or water.

I've missed the breakfast, but the one that I ordered later was delicious.

Could have offered a bottle of water in a room. Also during summer would be good to have a working fan or conditioner.

Location near water, nice mini-park, birds in the park, wooden houses, nice breakfast for extra money. Generally calm location at this season of the year. I think in the summer it could very loud and crowded.

There was no kettle in the room and after we've asked it we haven't got it. Very loud big road near the hotel, it was a great that we've got our room as far from it as it was possible. Internet was almost unworkable.
