The room was small about 3x4 metres and had a double bed and single bed. One bedside table, no wardrobe just a small hanging space. Just enough room for one person to get in between the bed and window. No kitchen facilities at all for guests. Couldn't get a cup of tea unless you bought it from the downstairs bar. 3 adults shared this tiny room for 3 nights and the shared bathrooms were old and dirty. Our beds and towels were not changed at any time and we didn't see anyone cleaning at any time.

There’s a pool table.

During the night, you can smell the public bathroom, which is disgusting, even if you’re 50m away from it. The sink in your room has weird suspicious yellow stains that you don’t want to think about, the windows look like they’ve never been opened in 600 years, and there’s bugs everywhere. You can hear the bass of the music still going in the middle of the night and the internet connection is literally better if you leave and stand on the pavement outside this hotel. When we checked in, the receptionist gave us two receipts because they stapled some other room’s receipt with ours, and I watched as the receptionist struggled for five minutes to figure out what the solution to this HiGhLy difFiCulT problem was - simply remove the receipt that wasn’t ours.

the location was superb.the lounge area made it more comfortable away from your room.the meal i had there would have to of been the best.the cleaners need to be commended for there eye for detail and cleanliness.i met them and they have excellant customer relations.very pleasant.

the large exspanse of the lounge area could have easily catered for a fridge.and a small table with electric jug and toaster.if these were put in place my overall rating would be excellant.
