It was a family style run business. We had a gorgeous suite with a living room, bedroom, TV, bath tub, walk in shower, great bathroom space and connecting to the living room. It had a lift down to the spa area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. it also has a swimming pool. it had a great bus link into grand massif ski resort which was about less than 5 minutes journey with a free shuttle bus. it was the perfect location.

Very helpful staff in recommending taxi david transfers to resort from Geneva (brilliant and lovely drivers) an dvery helpful in recommending best ski shop (xtreme glisses) as right by grand massif bubble. Rooms very comfortable. Just wish we had not been out so much as we did not end up using the swimming pool or sauna.

The staff is nice and helpful and generally the location is lovely, its a charming hotel with cute and well equipped rooms.

The spa area was small and sauna cold (70C) while water in jacuzzi was also cold, relaxation area has only 2 chairs. Breakfast is rather ascetic with not that much choice. The hotel has 2 buildings, and we stayed in another building from spa and restaurant, so we had to walk on the street to get to another building which was a bit annoying.

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean and a great location for walking in the mountains and many other outdoor activities. Breakfast was absolutely stunning and the owners were helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely town with excellent restaurants in the heart of the beautiful Haute Savoie. Hope to be back again soon!

The only downside is that the rooms are very hot in the summer. A fan would have been nice. Breakfast was excellent and the service was also great.
