Overall, the staff were helpful and friendly,, however, very few of them were not up to standard. Furthermore, the breakfast is just Ok.

It's a nice place... but it's only good if you stay there the whole time. If you want to go explore Pattaya and do various activities, then it's not worth paying so much for the hotel. Because you will be out the whole day and will just come back to sleep. So it will be a waste. And also it's a bit far from the main city. But if you are coming just to relax then it's the perfect place.

Breakfast could have been better. It is not bad, but it doesn't match its price in my opinion.

My biggest disappointment was the room, despite it being big in size, the room was old, had a moldy smell. The bathroom had mold on the silicone and at tuw base of the shower door, not very hygienic. The shower rose was not effective at all. The pressure was way too low which wasnt even a shower but trickle of water. The hot water tap even when turned to extreme hot was just luke warm water. Towels were old too. The breakfast buffet despite having many items, was not tasty. Eggs were cold, French toast was tasteless. I did enjoy the fruit though. The staff, staff at the spa were the best, friendly, professional and exceeded my expectation with the massage. The porters weren't helpful. It may be that they don't understand English but rather seek out someone to assist that ignore a guest's question. General look of room was outdated, not worth the price. Plugs could be upgraded to be more relevant, i.e. USB charger type, hairdryer also outdated.

It’s a nice Thai style hotel. Our standard room is spacious with a big balcony overlooking a beautiful garden having 3 swimming pools. Additionally, the beach is located at the end of the hotel, and we were able to walk along the beach for miles. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and the staff was very nice. One thing that stood out to us was the price of their beach restaurant, which was more reasonable than most restaurants in other hotels and resorts we had visited in Thailand.. We recommend this pleasant resort.

It’s worth noting that there were not many activities to do outside of the hotel.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two day visit here. You won't regreat staying here one bit. The grounds are excellently kept and the structure and garden is fantastic. Whatever we asked for was first rate. Staff were quick and couteous. This is worth every penny.

Rooms were spacious with private balcony overlooking huge pool. Resort located right on the beach and next to a marina. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Restaurant options for lunch and dinner a bit average. Always the option of driving out to eat or having something delivered.

Quite and nice for family , the staff is very friendly and helpful, very fast in solving our air conditioning problem. Reasonable prices in the hotel restaurant.

The same breakfast every day, needs some change. And the private swimming pool in our villa was very cold we couldn’t swim.

It's 8km from town with no transport. Hiring taxis is expensive and problematic.

The hotel itself is lovely - excellent pools, wonderful gardening, lowrise buildings, quiet and peaceful, very good Thai food at the restaurant. Good breakfast buffet.

There is nothing else around. If you need a pharmacy or a 7-11 or some fresh fruit you need to take a taxi. On Saturdays you either buy the seafood buffet or eat at a la carte in the breakfast restaurant (not very charming).
