2nd time we have stayed at the Asteris hotel. We love it. The owners and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really nice, clean and spacious.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant are great with wonderful views from the pool area. Room was a good size, clean and with amazing views from the balcony. There is a safe and fridge which is useful.

WiFi not brilliant. Wasn't an issue for us but it is located a way out from the main town and beaches (there is a shuttle service from the hotel).

Bathroom is a little bit "old school", mattress was a little bit too hard. Center and beach is not a walking distance from the hotel.

Great family run hotel. Lovely views over Skala. Large swimming pool with plenty of sun beds. Fantastic staff, everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced food in the restaurant and bar and great free minibus service into town. Lovely balcony with great sea views. 🥰

The inside of our room was very spacious but it could definitely do with upgrading. Dark furniture and hairdryer was about 20 years old. But it was very clean and towels were changed most days

It was newly finished and well designed aesthetically. We had a view of the sea which was fantastic - but the bed was set up on the opposite side of the room so you couldn’t see the view from lying in bed. There was also a window In The shower that could be opened and watching the sea while showering was epic.

Great food, often better than food at other tavernas. Great ideea with "dish of the day". Clean, great looking pool area and view.

Our room was a little "older" than the ones in pictures, but still clean. Bed not very comfortable

Nice pool. Nice room. Very Nice staff. okay breakfast. good value. Good club sandwiches! Close to amazing beaches, free shuttle to town. Close to an awesome dive centre!

There was loud (and bad) music at the pool the first day. Complained. They put it down which they deserve props for! breakfast could have some more variation: apart from eggs and very good sausage maybe some hummus and stuff like that. Avocado not a bad idea either.

The location is perfect, but it is a bit far away from the town of Scala, so having a car is great. however, they offer shuttle services for those who do not. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable.

Nice pool, pool bar service, bus service to Skala (never used though since we had our car), snooker table, chess table (nice for our children). In close proximity to Skala and Poros for taverns and shopping. 2 minute car ride to the closest supermarket next to Ammos Beach. Nice and close pebble and clear blue water beach either towards Skala or Poros. Available and affordable sunbeds and umbrellas Peaceful location, nice evenings by the pool, not very crowded.

Plain simple breakfast (did not choose it, we went for a bakery, Sugaro, close to the hotel and got some Greek pies there), no access to the beach, beach far away to walk (car needed, 5 minutes). Funny strange little noise heard on our roof (upper level apartment) especially after sunset. The first night we had no idea what it was, but it was annoying, a bit spooky. Later, we saw some small lizards (no idea what species) crawling the walls. After a few nights we got used to hearing them hurrying up our roof. Besides the noise, in our apartment, the lack of ceiling under the roof produced a lot of heat during the day, almost impossible to cool even with a/c. So, go for low level floors. The floor had not been vacuumed before our stay, since sand and dust was still around the room. The bathroom was washed only once during our stay, the day before we left. Poor wi-fi in the room (whatsapp not loading). Worked better in the pool/reception area. I used my mobile data all week.
