Everything was as we hoped it would be. We have stayed here three times, each time was as the 1st. Hosts are so friendly and helpful. Area is fantastic, straight from the accomadation you have the opportunity for long quiet walks, while spotting the wild life along the way.

A wonderful little cottage that was cleverly designed and decorated. It was peaceful and tranquil and ideal spot to watch birds and wildlife from the conservatory whilst having breakfast. Useful information provided about local tourist spots and the history of the cottage and village. A very enjoyable stay.

Compact, but not cramped. Had everything in the property that we needed for our short break - as well as a relaxing outlook over fields and bird feeders.

We booked this accommodation several days before we went; this has to be one of the cutest places I’ve ever stayed. It’s small but perfectly placed the owner has paid so much attention to detail. Additional plus points there was teas/coffees/milk/biscuits/filtered water in a jug ready for our arrival. We really appreciated this ad we didn’t have everything with us. Furthermore this is the cleanest place I’ve stayed in, I felt as though I was at home and that no other guests have stayed here before, this made massive different to my comfort. The conservatory has great views of the fields and wonderful for bird watchers. The gardens at the back has beautiful Japanese acres which I live amongst olive trees. But to top it up the host is just the best, Jane was there to meet us when we arrived, then a day later she checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this property. Thank you so Jane ☺️

Our third visit, everything fine. Usual trip to coast and Beccles. Also played golf which was only a short distance away.

Our third visit to this lovely place, so homely and clean. Everything we need is provided, including a comfortable bed and a great shower. We love watching the birds and rabbits in the field from the window. So relaxing and peaceful, yet not far at all from the delights of the Suffolk coast.

We have just enjoyed our second stay at this delightful cottage which is perfect for 2 people. Spotlessly clean with lots of lovely little touches to add to both comfort and enjoyment. A beautiful view from the consevatory overlooking fields. The cottage is ideally situated for visiting this part of Suffolk with Minsmere RSPB, Dunwich Heath, Aldburgh and Southwold within short driving distance. We will be back, thank you Paul and Jane.

Opposition the pub but never heard a sound from there. Once through the gates the property looks over countryside and the bird feeders attract a wide variety of birds which you can enjoy from the lovely conservatory. The heaters were great and kept the studio really cosy in the evenings. The lovely owners were really helpful but never intrusive. A great base to explore the area.

Very homely and well appointed with everything anyone might need for a stay away from home. Super clean and tidy. There was a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge for a refreshing cuppa (tea bags, coffee etc all provided) on arrival. Extremely convenient parking immediately outside property. Lovely relaxing country view. So perfect we have booked another stay already as soon as we arrived home.

The property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Sitting in the conservatory overlooking the field at the back was very relaxing.

We love staying at Wissett Cottage. The conservatory looks out over a farm field with bunnies, birds and an occasional deer making it a perfect country stay. There are walking paths galore & a local pub across the street. The hosts are friendly and accommodating.

Studio cottage in a peaceful village location with lovely country views from the conservatory. We were met on arrival by the friendly host who gave us all of the information we needed, including a discount if you have a meal at the nearby pub when you stay at the cottage. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Bijou studio in detached building adjacent to owners house. Comfortable, clean and very well equipped and perfectly adequate for two. On a minor road in the quiet village of Wissett. Rear patio and conservatory with peaceful rural outlook. Pub opposite but we did not hear a sound from it and little traffic on road. Roadside parking immediately outside the property gates. Would love to come again one day.

Lovely place, good location, friendly host, blissful. Only teeny tiny quibble might be that the curtains didn't block out much light. That's literally the only thing I can think of.

Jane and Mark have created a superb holiday cottage with everything that you could need. Looking out from the conservatory it’s great to see the rabbits and the bird-life. Lovely place to stay, very well equipped and comfortable. Our favourite bit was sitting in the conservatory watching all the wild life. Also outside space very nice with place to sit. Lots of flowers as well. Thanks for a lovely break.

This beautiful little studio was absolutely perfect for us 2. It was beautifully clean, gorgeous wildlife to the watch. Jane and Paul were lovely hosts. We had an excellent time and would definitely recommend this little gem. We intend to return if at all possible.
