- noisy wc - broken leg bed, hotel give us one bed more without pay to comepensate - a smell in the kitchen - no seaview - cleaning by request as it is one day a week - in the last day with 5 minutes until 12 am they say to checkout the room - sofa with one leg broken, you sleep inclinated, - arrogant tall person who clean the pool, he speak with the kids and not announce that they sould leave ant not speak with the parent - boiler that is dangerous for the kids as it start very hot - a enterance door that can hear outside

Hotel was close to the beach and quiet. Good breakfast that switched every morning. parking was available around the hotel.

the room was not used in some time and it smelled like plastic that staid in the sun.

Apartment was ok. Amazing sea view from the terrace in the apartment. Pools and area around them were very clean. Close to the beach. Staff was very helpful. Food was good and there was much to choose from. Animations for kids everyday. One of the best choices for this price. We are thinking about coming back :)

Good location, perfect for families with kids - right on the beach; the swimming pool was nice, with small playareas next to it. Convenient to have à la carte restaurant in the complex as well.

The apartment was not very clean. Having someone to clean every 3-4 days is not nice when you are a family with kids. This should be done more often.

The apartment was excellent , it's composed from 2 big bedrooms, 1 livingroom with kitchenette, 1 bathroom and it is Very equipped apartment, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove, electric oven , washing machine in the bathroom.Every room has an open balcony. The view is very nice, you can see the sea. From Sunny Beach- Center Bridge, you can make a trip with a boat and you can visit the Old Town -Nesebar.It is worth it, it is very beautiful, you will see nice arhitectura, many small shops with souvenirs and also many taverns.

Every morning,around 7 o'clock are coming the buses (3-4) with the hotel's employees . Some people make noises, talking loud. There was one night party around, during till 22:30.

in-house restaurant food . average food , had to order takeaway following 2 tries there . it could bring a revenue if helped.

The location is beautiful, near beach... the beach is bery small but confortable. U can find sunchear until 10.30 a.m wich is very confortable. The restaurant has tasty food, the prices are afordable, u can easily pay with the credit card and the valute change is ok. If u change money in leva in the city, is 3,77 lei so... is much. But if u pay with the card is 2,55 wich is the normal range. They have parking near the hotel, in a space like.. a park. But is ok. I loved everything about it. I didnt have all inclusive so.. i cant speak about that... i am very happy about the experience...

U need to call at the reception to anounce that u need cleaning services. I called after 3 days when i saw that they dont come if they are not called. U cant talk with the reception via whatsup.

Great hotel for families with children! Great territory. Wonderful pools, the sea behind the fence!

The room is not in the best condition, the curtains are torn. Territory restaurant - food is disgusting.

The location is perfect, near the beach. I had a parking place. The restaurant near the pool was good. Clean food, no complications, just what i need from a vacation.

The bed was too hard and the toilet was broken most of the time. Also a socket was henging from the wall. It's dangerous with a small child.

The room was not cleaned as expected - bad smell from the bathroom, hair in the bed which for sure was not ours, ants on the floor, on the table, in the bed. The check out is until 12, it was around 11.30 when we were preparing to go out from the room and the ladies who clean entered without knocking on the door - this is not ok at all. The fact that the cleaning is done once per week, only if you stay minimum 7 days - well this is not a plus for a location which is called Prestige Resort, you expect to have a very good cleaning service, not to do all the stuff you usually do at home, you’re in holiday, right? The reservation was for a sea side view room, we received another room, on the ground floor. We asked for the room to be changed and we received one room at 1st floor with partially sea view. Won’t coming back for sure.

The bed was not good and the apartment had a strange smell.

All was perfect. Facilities were perfect and the view superb. I highly recommend the location! There is a parking next to the location but it is not guarded. You can buy separate full board ( the restaurant is not on the premises but very near) and the food is varied and tasty.

Great location away from the riff-raff and the crowds of Sunny Beach. Facilities are clean, staff is attentive and helpful.

There were some maintenance items that needed to be addressed while we were there. Didn't enjoy the aircon units on the balcony. Wifi only in the room - no wifi around the pool.
