Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen, die Anlage war trotz der Größe sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr vollständig eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Einrichtung war noch sehr neu. Man konnte gut geschützt draußen sitzen ohne zu stark störende Straßengeräusche, leider war speziell auf dieser Terrasse die Straßenbeleuchtung sehr störend, was im Sommer sicher kein Problem darstellt.

Sehr saubere und comfortable Wohnung mit grossem Balkon. Die Übernahme der Wohnung durch Isabelle und ihren Mann verlief sehr gut. Sie waren auch bemüht, deutsche TV-Programme via Satellit zu installieren. Auch im Januar wurde es zu unserer Überraschung ohne Heizung nie kalt. Das ist wohl auf die gute Isolation zurückzuführen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

The towels and bed linen were old and worn, the pillows were lumpy and the duvet was dirty. The TV had no English channels which was disappointing. Also, a couple of tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine and replacement bin liners would be a courtesy and nice touch. For the rental charged, I would have expected more.

Very well-equipped 2-bed, 2 bath apartment with large, sunny patio in secure complex. Almost too secure - I didn't like not being able to look out at night as shutters were a bit noisy to keep lifting up and down. We did miss having air-con - it was very hot at night. Location good - supermarket, bars, restaurants close by.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement était impeccable et très bien équipé. Les activités ne manquent pas pour passer des vacances inoubliables. Encore merci.

Wohnung war super mit herrlicher Terrasse

What a lovely place and only about 10min to fanny centre and beach by car will be back.

It was difficult to find especially as we were doing it in the dark. The lady that met us was not informative as Isabelle who was supposed to meet us sent me a text to say someone else (a friend)would meet us at the apartment.No info was given only given the keys. Early, next morning Isabelle turned up asking if everything was ok, but we had not had the chance to look around. We did this over the next day and rang her as we didn't know whereto put rubbish, only 2 sun beds provided and there were 4 of us staying, 4 in the picture on the website.They did find us two more when asked though. There was a broken chair which we pointed out. Bedding, there was only what was on the beds which was very worn and nothing matched, different pillow cases to duvet covers and sheets. There was only the set, on the beds, no spares and was told that Isabelle would come and change them every week as we were staying for a month, there was not enough pillows either which she did put right when it was pointed out. We arranged a day and a time for Isabelle to come and change the linen and clean the apartment. She didnt turn up but arrived the following day unannounced with clean linen and towels just as it was going dark and we were just about to have dinner. Isabelle and her husband wanted us to go for a walk while she changed and cleaned which we were unable to do as we were just about to eat. My husband is also in a wheelchair, where did she think we were to go when it was getting dark and we were not expecting her. There was no phone call either as we could have made arrangements if we had known. We ended changing the beds and cleaning ourselves thinking she would come and collect the soiled bedding to be washed. We never saw her again until the last day when she came to collect the keys, so ended up washing it ourselves so we had clean bedding the following week. The tv is only in Spanish and french, no English channels at all. The floors looked clean when we arrived but I walked on them with bare feet and they were black in a very short time so not so clean. Positives- It has a lovely balcony which is big and spacious, separate kitchen which is well equipped, although more baking tins are needed for oven and there is no grill pan so can't use the grill. The pool area which there is a lift to is lovely and clean, although the water is very cold (October)with plenty of sunbeds. Apartment very spacious for 4. Isabelle does not speak english so communication is hard.

Die Lage war Super, ebenso die ganze Einrichtung. Das wichtigste war Ihre vorhandene SAT- Schüssel!! In der letzten Woche waren die Nachbarn sehr laut. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, auch mit dem etwas tiefen Sofa. Viele liebe Grüße Steffen + Heinrich Buhmann

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was perfect for our family and in a lovely location. The apartment was very well equipped and in immaculate condition. We all loved the swimming pool! Close to a super shopping centre and some lovely local restaurants. The bus service is fantastic too and we could get around very easily. Would highly recommend! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans un superbe appartement confortable ,très propre et super équipé ,bien situé dans un endroit très calme et près des commerces, restaurants, etc. Un grand merci à Martine et Isabelle pour tous les bons conseils qui nous ont permis de réussir nos vacances à 100 %. Quand nous reviendrons à Tenerife ce sera chez Martine .

Als viel gereistes älteres Ehepaar mit Unternehmungslust wollten wir mal diese Art von Urlaub ausprobieren, denn die lauten Hotelanlagen und Bettenburgen lassen keinerlei Ruhefindung mehr zu. Um es vorweg zu nehmen: Dieser Urlaub war ein Traum. Die ruhige Wohnung mit den vielen Zimmern ( mein schnarchender Mann bekam sein eigenes Bad und Schlafzimmer ) gewährleisteten eine hohe Erholungsqualität . Auf der riesigen Sonnenterrasse mit Liegen, Tischen und vielen Stühlen konnte man vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen alle Mahlzeiten in der Sonne geniessen, ohne die Blicke von neugierigen Nachbarn fürchten zu müssen. Die Selbstversorgung machte hier wirklich spass und wir genossen hier viele Mahlzeiten, entgegen unseren Vorsätzen, oft essen zu gehen. Die Umgebung ist gepflegt mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und mehreren Supermärkten ( z.B. LIDL ). Hierher werden wir bestimmt zurückkommen!

Tous les ingrédients pour un excellent séjour étaient au rendez-vous. Appartement bien situé, avec une belle terrasse, nous y avons sejournés à 4 adultes sans problèmes. Nous comptons revenir.

Wir haben im Januar 2018 eine Woche lang die klasse ausgestattete Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren in Teneriffa genossen. Zudem war die Wohnung auch optisch nett eingerichtet. Jahreszeitlich bedingt war der sehr gepflegte, aber nicht beheizte Gemeinschaftspool sehr kühl - genau wie das Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Petit, die zeitgleich nebenan anwesend war, funktionierte klasse. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einem VIertel mit einem fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufszentrum und diversen Restaurants. Die PKW Parkplatzsuche war dadurch kein Problem. Für unseren nächsten Teneriffaurlaub werden wir diese Wohnung gerne wieder buchen.

Quoi de mieux qu'une semaine à Ténérife alors qu'il fait gris et pluvieux en Belgique. De très belles visites: Le Teide, Masca..., des promenades au bord de l'eau, un bon resto poissons et tout cela sous le soleil. L'appartement est très agréable: une grande terrasse bien orientée avec table pour manger et transats pour se détendre. La piscine commune non chauffée était trop froide à mon goût. Tout le matériel nécessaire, un salon agréable et une TV avec des chaînes françaises. Une propreté impeccable. Isabelle est accueillante et toujours prête à rendre service. Martine est intarissable pour nous renseigner sur les visites et très attentive à notre bien-être. Pas de parking privé mais nous avons toujours trouvé une place pas trop éloignée dans la rue. Une boulangerie et un grand magasin accessible à pied, néanmoins la voiture est indispensable pour profiter des lieux touristiques. En bref, n'hésitez pas à profiter de cette location. Encore un grand Merci à Martine et Isabelle ( et leurs conjoints).

Très bel appartement bien situé conforme au descriptif. En revanche, le ménage laisse un peu à désirer et il n'y pas d'aspirateur ni serpillères à disposition, un peu gênant lorsque l'on reste 2 semaines... Le canapé et le fauteuil mériteraient également d'être remplacés (planche en bois sous le coussin du fauteuil...) pas en accord avec le standing de l'appartement. Sinon, tout le reste est parfait, des échanges aux conseils du propriétaires, je recommande vivement !!

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man zum Urlaub braucht: Grosse Terrasse, Waschmaschine, ein schöner erfrischende Pool (häufig waren wir die einzigen dort), 2 Badezimmer, Elektrogrill... Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Der Tourismus ist auch hier, aber wir erlebten das authentische Inselleben. Finanzielle inkl. Kaution und vertragliche Abwicklung hat gut geklappt. Wir planen jetzt schon den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Appartement confortable avec terrasse spacieuse. Vous êtes à 5 min en voiture de la plage. Grande piscine très propre et équipée de transats. Super centre commercial à 1 min à pieds de l'appartement et un chouette centre sportif à 3 min à pieds (possibilités abonnements). Quartier bien fleuri ,très calme aussi, où vous passerez des nuits tranquilles... Petits restos à proximité avec prix très abordables. Propriétaire très sérieuse et nous remercions Isabelle et son époux pour leur amabilité. Séjour à recommander sans soucis! Corinne D.

Réservation de 15 jours pour vacances familiales – 2 adultes, 2 enfants (6 et 3 ans). Martine est non seulement une propriétaire sérieuse (les prestations correspondent point par point à la description) mais également chaleureuse et prévenante. De la réservation, aux conseils pour l’arrivée, en passant par les recommandations de restaurants à l’accueil par Isabelle notre contact sur place, tout l’accompagnement était parfait ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, dans un quartier calme d’Adeje, non-loin de l’ancien village, au pied des montagnes qui sont le départ de plusieurs randonnées. A 2 min à pied d’un centre commerciale (outlet) avec super marché et à 2 minutes en voitures de la nationale qui fait le tour de l’île. Nous avons profité de l’appartement (chambres, salons et terrasses spacieux) très bien équipé (nous ne voyons vraiment pas ce qui nous aurait manqué !) et propre ainsi que de la piscine en toute quiétude, le quartier étant plutôt résidentiel. La location de cet appartement et la qualité de ses prestations ont certainement contribué au succès de notre séjour ! Merci Martine & Isabelle!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Wir haben uns in der Gegend sehr wohlgefühlt, freundliche Nachbarn. Einkaufscenter, Restaurants, Bars in der Nähe.
