Yard Tea accessible all the time

1. The room was not cleaned properly when I checked in. I left for a walk and asked to fix it, but when I'm back - it was almost the same. There is a problem with understanding of what clean and safe mean. In my room I had: dirty carpet and dusty floors, mold on the bathroom walls, some pieces of food and garbage left, YELLOW URINE STAINS on the back side of the toilet seat. It was still there after I asked to clean it, then after 2 times asked, the lady at the reception came and remived it. I am shocked. Some hotels think that if price below 50 euro there is no need to clean rooms. 2. My single room was on the first floor right near the reception and breakfast area. I heard every sinfle word that was told by ppl and was awake at 6.30 by breakfast preparation, even I have used ear plugs. 3. The window didnt open properly, I had to pull it hard as I can and still didn't succeeded few times 4. The curtain in the bathroom is short, so when you take a shower, it waters all the bathroom floor

Everything was great, it's exactly like the pictures, clean and modern, with delicious breakfast and the location is great. We received wonderful energy with a lot of kindness and overall availability! Thank you for everything! And of course I will go again!

Very friendly people working at the reception ready to help 24/7. Excellent location - in the city center, near the airport bus stop, bus station and 30min from the railway terminal. Everything interesting in the city can be reached by feet in 30min. Comfy bed and well-thought room. Nice breakfast and free tea/coffee/water whenever you need it. + Excellent garden view in the heart of Belgrade especially during summer months.

Everything was great, cozy bed,big room, great location! We had to change the date of our trip,and it was no problem to move our reservation to another date,with no extra fees.

Close to the airport bus stop. Near to the centre of town. Everything within walking distance. Nice, quiet and tucked away. Lovely friendly cats and staff.

Not much. Creaky bed every time you rolled over but that’s the only negative, if you can call it that.

5-7 minutes walk from the main bus Station Same time to walk to the center-location is just brilliant!! Super clean- we loved the room & breakfast Super friendly stuff Will be staying here again🥳
