The property is great. Lots of room and fit our three family group well. The only distraction was the daily construction on both sides of the house. That will be temporary. Great base camp. If returning to Estes Park, we’d stay here again.

We had lots of nearby activities planned. And when we weren't out, we were in the game room or out by the firepit. It was wonderful.

This was our first time staying at a VRBO and the bar has been set high! This house was well stocked with everything from ketchup and mayo to coffee. We enjoyed the amount of space each night, the fire pit outside, and the kids loved the bunkbeds. We highly recommend this place!

House was as described in the profile; better stocked than most with many extra items, i.e. ziploc bags, condiments, coffee pods. We had 6 adults and 5 children and there was ample room for all of us. The children LOVED their own downstairs accommodations! The outside patios were particularly beautiful. The only downside was the construction going on which was outside the property’s control.

The property exceeded our expectations…even better than the pictures. We were a group of adults in town for a wedding, and we had plenty of space to spread out plus great areas to gather for meals and socializing. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone commented on what a plus that was. The house was clean and in working order. Access to the house was simple and parking was not crowded. We would definitely recommend this house and might just come back for another vacation!

The property was pretty well maintained and large enough for all our family. There were a few minor maintenance issues (some windows which couldn't be opened, leaky basement washer, leaky freezer). A battery-operated fireplace ignition switch was repaired while we were there shortly after we reported it. There was an additional washer in the kitchen so the lack of the basement washer wasn't a big deal. The basement/garage had a pool table, foosball table and was stocked with outdoor games which made the time we were stuck inside to due rainy/;unpredictable weather very enjoyable. There were plenty of board games and we had a great time with the kids and grandkids. The house was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials and this was greatly appreciated. I had been anticipating having to shop extensively and was greatly relieved for not having to do that. Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautifull area, and the house is very near the town. Lovely riverwalk and shopping; free parking at the Visitor's Center. You've got to visit Estes Thai...best Thai food ever! I highly recommend this Vrbo.

The property was great. It was clean and spacious we had quite a few people and we were all comfortable.

Overall beautiful property. There were a couple of stains on furniture and a broken lamp which we took pictures of. Very minor issues but we didn’t want to be blamed.

This house was a perfect place for our three families (13 people) to stay while in town for a wedding at nearby Fall River Village! The kitchen was FULLY stocked with condiments, coffee, paper goods, spices, and everything needed to cook for a large group! The teens loved the game room, and the adults loved the outdoor areas for hanging out and watching the elk grazing nearby. Only real complaints are for the management, who offered an aerobed, but no sheets for it, and required us to pick up and drop off keys. They should have a lockbox with a code at the house like most other VRBO 's.

The house was perfect size for all of us very clean . Only complaint was it was hot in the house even with windows and doors open .

The house completely accommodated our family of 12. The kids loved the game room so much we hardly knew they were there. The only thing missing was A/C. Not all the windows opened and we did have a couple hot uncomfortable nights. Loved the fire pit and patio. Estes Park is such. Fun place to vacation. We will be back.

This home was spacious, allowing our 3 families to blend together yet have nighttime spaces for each other. The game room was a HIT, allowing us all a fun space to relax and play after car trips into RMNP! The large kitchen and eating areas were very homey! Ironically this home was just blocks from where my parents lived, where we’ve visited for about 16 yrs! We love the RMNP and EP area, and will be back this fall -just my husband and I. This home really served our purpose and being “very furnished” was helpful for us Iowans! Thanks a bunch.. my friends have seen my pics.. they may be calling you soon!

This property was absolutely beautiful. We have stayed at three other VRBO properties in Estes and this was one of the best. The kitchen was furnished with everything we could possibly need. There were many amenities that would be wonderful in the summer months but we always come up over Thanksgiving weekend.

The property was surprisingly well-stocked. I did not expect to have a full spice cabinet, ziplock bags, so many bath towels, etc! There were 10 adults and 2 kids and we were all very comfortable. I bought bedroom fans based on previous reviews, but each bedroom had already been supplied with one! We would definitely recommend this home.

Overall great experience, only suggestion would be to install Ceiling fans as it was pretty hot in the house since the temperature was in the 80’s

This is a beautiful, spacious and well appointed home. We found everything we needed to be comfortable. Although I was the one who booked the property, we all agreed that the home was at least as nice or better than the photographs. Location was perfect for access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. We had two large vehicles, and there was ample room for parking.

We saw wildlife everyday and even experienced elk rutting in the back yard. The outdoor fire pit had more than enough comfy chairs for our group. The game room in the garage was very nice. The first floor layout was great for someone with limited mobility but there are a few steps to get into the house. We would definitely stay here again!

I have 10 brothers and sisters. We spent the weekend together and nothing could have been more perfect.

Vacationing in Estes with family of 12. Spent 4 nights here. House was incredibly clean! Plenty of space - good sized bedrooms. 2 separate living room areas & laundry. Kitchen well stocked with items. Game garage was a hit! Great spaces to sit outside as well. Beautiful views and close to ... everything! Had to call/text to get lockbox code to obtain keys since arrived on a Sunday. Received confirmation / informational email on Monday (day after arrival) Otherwise, check in / out was super convenient! Was bummed we couldn’t use fire pit - but completely understand. Only other suggestions would be to upgrade/provide toilet paper and provide tissues - minimal expense. Overall - highly recommend!!

Great location, enjoyed the beautiful morning sunrises and loved the deer coming out in the mornings. Everything we did was close and easy to get to. The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the game room.
