Cerca del malecón caminando, la cocina es amplia, desayuno sencillo incluído (ten en cuenta que debes lavar tus trastes) petfriendly (si no te gustan los perritos no es lugar para ti, siempre hay mascotas) Habitaciones cómodas siempre con agua caliente, tienen un área de alberca con asador y camastros. Un lugar muy tranquilo.

Si nos ponemos exigentes solo algunas áreas un poquito descuidadas.

La central palapa con cocina, comedor y sala es fantástica. Se ve que la alberca también está muy bien, sólo que nuestra temporada de visita no se antoja tanto.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente en dos habitaciones...será un tema para que puedan mejorar...es la única observación que tengo para mejora del lugar.

Las opciones del desayuno. El lugar es muy amplio y ameno. Puedes entrar y salir libremente. Los perros que habitan son agradables. Las habitaciones son lindas. El dueño es amable.

La intermitencia de agua caliente, sale agua caliente a lo mucho 5 minutos, después se va y tarda otro tiempo en salir. Esto fue muy incomodo para nosotros por la temporada de frío ocupamos agua caliente.

I loved the beauty of the grounds, the relaxed atmosphere, and the communal spirit of the common house/kitchen. The host, Milton, is a retired sea captain with great stories to tell. He makes you feel at home without being the least bit intrusive. The price is very reasonable.

The breakfasts could be better. The muffins are too sweet and made with white flour, instead of whole wheat. The granola is also too sweet. The fruit selection is poor - just bananas and apples (and these are poor quality). I suggest that Mexican fruit, like papaya and pineapple be offered. Our bed was not very comfortable. The mattress was very hard.

The location, security and owners. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. That they are pet friendly is great.

Beds are old and uncomfortable.

Everything was just beyond beyond. A lovely oasis of garden and calm and companiable people.

Nope, nothing.

Breakfast was ok - coffee, home-baked muffins, cereals, yogurt, toast. Not a hot breakfast. The manager was great - very helpful and responsive.

Beauty and friendliness

We love the owners SuSu and Milton. The location is fab. We always feel very comfortable and welcome.

They need to upgrade and get new beds.

It felt very homey esp. with the large kitchen and communal area. A great place to meet other travellers. The owners were very helpful and accommodations esp. when my trip plans kept changing. The taco place down the street is amazing! I'm so glad Susu told us about it!

It was hard to find on the GPS, esp since some street signs aren't clear and many streets are one way only. A little too far to walk with kids to the Malecon.

Breakfast was amazing. Variety of the highest expectation, even homemade hot muffins. Meeting new friends and being unplugged and having actual conversations was the best.

There wasnt anything we didnt like.

I really love this place. It is run by a couple that has created a cool, relaxing refuge, full of beautiful plants, a gorgeous pool, a public kitchen and simple rooms that are well thought out to accommodate what travelers need. Wish we could have stayed here longer. I really enjoyed the communal, large kitchen, living area. They provided coffee, toast, cereal, fruit and a fridge with yogurt and milk. Self serve, wash your own dishes. A fun place to hang out and meet other travelers. I appreciated the refrigerator in the room and the long counter to put luggage on. Super mellow, relaxed, friendly vibe here. If we ever come back to La Paz, this is where we will stay.

it is private, enclosed so your car is safe inside. the grounds are beautiful and the breakfast and communal kitchen so nice. our room was large and had all we needed. loved talking to the owners and others who stay there often. beautiful place and close to walk to everything.

Homemade muffins are really nice. The owners are really sweet and also their child ! Very good location, very quiet !

The "full access" kitchen needs to be a little bit more clean
