The bathroom was newly remodeled and huge; fabulous. The room was spacious with a clothing rack and a large wardrobe with a key that locked so you could place valuables in side. We had the great fortune to bring with us +70* weather and took the Ferry to Lenno & Bellagio - 1:30 going and a hydroplane returning in only 25minutes. There is a market right across the square for you to pick up essentials and the street fair was within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the unit. All of which were a major plus.

Unfortunately the room faces directly overlooking a square that houses a bar “100 Lira” that remains open until past 2am EVERY morning and be forewarned you will not be able to sleep at all during your stay. The host Stefano was a great communicator BEFORE we arrived and then left the day we came to Como assigning his duties to someone who did not speak any English, except to demand Tourist tax in exact change and to make sure we left first thing on the morning of our departure. He didn’t help with our bags. He was rushed and if first impressions are everything, it appeared to us that this man hated his job and made sure we knew that. It was advertised we had a private entrance to our “suite” and yet in fact we shared the entrance with two other rooms. For a Bed & Breakfast, where was the breakfast? On top of which we waited at the train station for 45 minutes for a taxi to arrive and when we shared these issues with Stefano, he did not address any of these problems during our stay, just brushing them aside.

Localisation proche du lac et du centre ville . Tout à pied. Accés facile , en toute sécurité. Accueil personnalisé et petite attention locale dans le frigo avec petits gâteaux.

Great location, clean and cosy room.

Stefano was a great host! Really made us feel welcome and helped us to find local places to eat. The apartment was across from Como Lago station and the Ferry Terminal, so super convenient! The room had a charming look. The bathroom was spacious and really loved the large and deep free standing bath! Stefano was kind enough to let us leave our bags after check-out so we could explore Como before we headed home. We only managed to spent a day in Como so will definitely be back!

Ubicación increíble, a la orilla del lago. La habitación muy bonita. Stefano es muy agradable. El baño es precioso. Tiene nevera, cafetera.

El edificio no tiene el mejor aislamiento, hacía un poco de frío, por lo que han colocado un aire, pero hace bastante ruido. Cama bastante blanda.

It's a really beautiful place just near the lake. It's located close to all the iconic places and transport stations. And it's so aesthetic! The host was very nice. It'll be cool to come back there in summer.

Everything was nice

This is a B&H in a small apartment building. It is very nice and the owner was very helpful. He was out when I arrived on short notice but his boy helped me park my car in the nearby parking spots with blue paint. The parking was about 11€ /24hrs. The apartment is right at the shores of Lake Como. Greta restaurants nearby including some small cafes with wicked pizza.

A little complicated to find but worth the time.

Very cozy. The bathroom is awesome with two huge windows and You could see the lake from there . Owner friendly and helpful. The location is very good , because it’s right next to the lake and when we returned from the lake trip the ferry stopped in front of the BB’s building . Also one of the train stations , Como Lago, is 1min walk from the property . Another one Como S. giovanni not so far away, maybe 20 min walking

Maybe a little bit cold in the bathroom , because it was december . But everything Ok in the room
