5 star stay, things only got better since last year. Large, clean room, Fragonard cosmetics, change of towels daily. All meals were good, with new plates compared to last year. Wide variety of meat, fish and vegetables. Everything was clean, waiters very efficient, kind and helpful receptionist and bell boy.

Nothing to criticize. Maybe a suggestion for 2 bottles of water/juice in the minibar, as we are 2 persons in the room.

The hotel is new and very modern looking, both on the outside and on the inside. Next to it, is the old hotel that belongs to the same resort. The old one has in-door and out-door pools that you can use regardless of which hotel you choose to stay. The new hotel (the one in this review) also has a cool roof-top pool with a bar. In front of the outside pool is the beach, where you can stay freely from the third row towards the hotel (towards the sea you have to pay).

The location is great, the rooms are large and clean. The food was good and delicious. The staff in the restaurant is very responsive and keep the restaurant clean.

There is no refrigerator in the room, just mini cooler. The indoor children's club opening hours are very limited. The aquapark is closing also very early before 18p.m.

I like the hotel very much. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Nice garden view. Quite and well done. Bathroom as well very nice, shower was very clean.

I did not like that the swimming pool on the top was not included in the price of the room. It was full but empty of people and the bar was abandoned and nobody was using it. I don't understand why it was made if nobody is using this facility and people need to pay extra to use the bar and the pool. The pool was very small anyway we were offered to see it, but there was nothing interesting there. I guess its for special guests of the hotel. So I felt like I was not a special guest.

Not impressed with the food quality.

Very nice room, clean and modern, tasty and fresh food, nice staff.

Ultra all inclusive is more than half board not full board, have to pay for some facilities (roof pool, desert, different sorts of ice cream, not local beverages); gym is at the next hotel, the pool also, etc.

Excellent stay! Hotel is recently opened in June, everything is new and modern. Large room with a large bathroom and balcony, very good cleaning and comfortable bed. Room has everything you need, including good quality cosmetics from Fragonard. Very good food, restaurant is not at all crowded, you can definetly see the difference between this 5 star hotel and the rest of Albena’s 4 and 3 stars hotels. A large variety of plates which are available throughout all the dining program (duck, rabbit, fish, mussels, crabs etc). Pools are common to Maritim Hotel, plenty of room for the customers, very clean and pleasant. Staff is exceptionally polite and ready to help and especially jn the restaurant they are doing a perfect job. I appreciated the lack of crowded areas, the modern architecture and impeccable behaviour of staff and services offered. Clearly an obvious difference as to all other hotels in Albena, I definetly recommend!

Very minor things, such as cleaning being skipped one day or done at late hours in the afternoon.

Location: Just perfect. It's in the heart of the city life, really close to the sea. We had a partial sea-view room with the balcony, headed to the East so we've been welcoming the sun every day of our staying. Rooms: Nice and tidy. Almost new and very clean. Food: A++++ You will find the delicious food at every taste: everyday new dishes, the right coffee, ice-cream for children (and not only ;) ), fish, pasta, fruits and sweets. Nothing to add. Price: A bit costy, but it definitely worth the money.
