O hotel quando você entra já tem um cheiro único e com certeza memorável, uma vista linda para o lago, cada detalhe dele chama a atenção, tudo muito bem organizado, atendentes muito atenciosos me senti tão confortável quanto em casa, o quarto com vista para o lago que pegamos parecia filme, acordar todos dias e ver o lago era incansável, o café da manhã delicioso e pra finalizar uma localização ótima para tudo que você quer fazer, fomos e voltamos de vários restaurantes a pé pois era muito perto, obrigado tirol você mora no meu coração

Breakfast was average. The room with city view was a little loud at night. Try to book a lake view room.

Excellent location in a quiet surrounding and a block away from downtown. Staff is very friendly, always helpful. Some rooms have an exceptional view over the lake. Breakfast is very good, with many options to select from. No luxury, but hotel is neat and clean and fully serves the travel purpose to Bariloche.

Clean rooms, good services, good humor employees and extremely efficient.

You cannot eat in rooms, that's a little sad because if you get snow during the day or it rains you cant bring food from the street and relax in the room. Also the heating system is not working 100%, some days at night are not working.

Although this hotel is rated for 3 stars, I would rate it at 1.5 stars. The bathroom door didn't close, and there wasn't any space to put toiletries. There was no way to control the heat, and the room was so small, you can't open a luggage without placing it on the bed.

most of the staff are polite. The rooms are attractive and comfortable.

check in took about 45 minutes. every time someone arrived she ignored me to deal with them. that happened twice. check in was an appalling experience. check in girl was Paula. she didn’t want to take my money. she did everything she could to not take cash. again, appalling. very unprofessional. I had to beg her to pay in cash. then there are the rules. there is a card detailing the rules in the room in English and Spanish. I stayed here in July 1992. pretty much the same hotel but without so many rules. you can’t eat food in the room. you can’t wash clothes and if you do there is a fine. good luck with that under Argentine law. I invited a meeting with the owner. he ignored my request. the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in 35 years
