Location was very good as was parking facilities, lovely beach views and plenty of hot water for powerful showers
Could benefit from a slight make over, although clean it is looking slightly tired

Good location - short walk to beach and Medina. Great shower with shower gel provided. Nice gardens and pool area. Secure parking in front of hotel. Reasonable breakfast.

No-nonsense place. Helpful staff. Beautiful pool, though was both cold and off season when we visited. Clean, spacious, nice balcony, ate too much at breakfast. Had a nice beer by the pool. We came here after another hotel fell through, and we were glad we did. Simple place with all the right components. Our family room was simple and good for us (4 ppl).
Location on the main road is not amazing, but you don't notice when you're inside. TV was not great, but why watch TV when you're on holiday? A bit of a walk to the town centre, but that means you see things.

The housekeeping staff was exceptional, especially Ms. Amal who was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Very bad experience. I do not advise you to come, the receptionist is tampering with reservations. A disastrous experience by all accounts.

The food at the restaurant was not good and the service too. We had dinner and the waiter seemed to be unprofessional and the food not good at all. The breakfast was poor.

We liked having our room clean every day. Cleaners do a really good job and they are lovely.
