- mediocre breakfast - no air condition (insanely hot night), windows / balcony right above very frequented street - rather small room, very poor (dark) lighting, absolutely not matching the pictures on booking.com - poor location for anything (sightseeing, restaurants, basic shopping) - price-to-value ratio is outrageous

it’s basically a motel next to a busy road-there is like one outlet in the room for charging stuff. despite the balcony no ash try. don’t eat at the restaurant- it bad like really bad. breakfast was ok - coffee was also not great

Extremely unfriendly receptionist which screamed at us on the phone as we were 10 minutes late for the check in time! Absolutely not recommendable such kind of service in a hotel where you pay 180 CHF for a decent double room!

No dressing

It's an OK price compared to other hotels around. The shower worked fine and the big balcony was nice.

Facilities are old and quite simple. The hotel is next to a bussy street and the bed cover had cigarette burns.

The receptionist refused to give us the Ticino tickets. Initially he tried to put the blame on the covid-19 restrictions but after calling the turism office, the turism office said that normally everyone receives a ticket and the delivering of the tickets to all the Ticino hotels was working without any problem or restriction. Thankfully we went to the turism office of bellinzone ourselves and after hearing our explanation, they kindly gave us the two tickets we should have received directly from the hotel. The last step now was to get a stamp from the hotel Morobbia with the dates of check-in and check-out. We stayed two nights and the receptionist only printed on the tickets one night of staying. Be aware if you are staying in this hotel willing to get a Ticino ticket because you might not get it.
