Все отлично. Приятный отель, главное - замечательные люди в отеле работают. При отеле круглосуточный ресторан и есть замечательная кофейня. Номера небольшие, но огромная кровать и хорошее постельное белье. На 1 этаже есть 2 банкомата которые принимают наличные доллары и евро к обмену!!! Но берут не все банкноты, в основном только новые, старого образца принимают не все.

Это не минусы, скорее особенности: - иногда надо напоминать о своей просьбе в номер - в Узбекистане люди очень добрые и спокойные, от этого невысокая скорость обслуживания. - если едите в этот отель - просто не спешите, расслабьтесь и получайте удовольствие. Наверно в Европе я бы существенно занизила оценку, но здесь - везде так! И это не напрягает. Спасибо, Ташкент Ты - классный ❤️

This was the third time we stayed at Wyndham in Uzbekistan and the second time in Tashkent. My family and I had amazing stay previously at Wyndham in Tashkent and Bukhara during this trip. This time (28-30 Oct) , however, when we were about to leave Uzbekistan. Our experience was very traumatizing. After long hours of train journey from Bukhara to Tashkent, we wanted to have a smooth check-in in a hotel that previously stayed. During the check-in, however, we were being interrogated by the receptionists regarding where we have previously stayed in Uzbekistan before Tashkent. They demanded us to show all of our hotel bookings for Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara. We were also asked to show them our Uzbekistan visa. It’s a visa free access for us and when we showed them our entry stamps on our passports, one of the receptionists was being condescending and still insisted us to show him our Uzbekistan visa, not the entry stamps. They said it’s a state policy but we were never asked about this in three different hotels we stayed during this trip in Samarkand and Bukhara. We sent an official complaint through email to the senior management of Wyndham Tashkent and they responded by sending us peanuts and fruits as well as an apology card. No verbal apology coming from the senior management. The damage has been done to me and family family. This experience really ruined our holidays and good image of the country.

The hotel's location is perfect, just in the city center and only 15-17 minutes from the airport. You can reach banks, restaurants, grocery (Korzinka market), and a big indoor market (Bazar) in 5 - 10 minutes from Wyndham. The room was very clean, and I loved the iron and the iron desk as a pre-set. It helped me a lot to polish my look for the business meetings. The restaurant inside the hotel was of very good quality, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

At the end of November, the weather was too warm, so the central heating in the room you cannot regulate was too much. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

It's well situated in the heart of the city, making it under 20 minutes from the airport, and very close to most malls and restaurants.

The staff were very unhelpful. They said that if my second guest didn't bring their passport by a certain time, the words they used were "Mr will go bye-bye". The other weird thing was they asked for my previous hotel invoices in Tashkent - they never explain why. They also billed my debit card with the full amount before 12pm that same day, which they also didn't talk about at reception, which is fine but just very strange. I only found out I was charged when they sent me an invoice to the room. In Booking.com, it's mentioned the room has air conditioning, but when I checked, the AC only blew hot air. When I asked the reception about this, they said the building shares one controlled AC Unit, and that I just need to keep the window open if I want cold air. The window is also very small, and only 1 panel opens, which made it a really warm and uncomfortable room to stay in. The room is also very small for what you pay for. Beds and pillows are on the wrong side of firm.

The room, the breakfast and restaurant was absolutely amazing.

I have prepaid for the room over the website and checked that the money was taken from my account. When arrived to check in my brother at the hotel, the receptionist pretend that the room hasn't been paid and asked my brother to pay when I popped out. Very cheeky. So I suggest everyone to be careful. Pool - OMG, the most awful service ever!!! they never had any crisp, French fries, chicken nuggets, nuts, they always run out of beer, and they didn't not have ice cream for all 5 days we were there. The waiter always made unhappy face when I was ordering something they don't have. So all you get there is awful pizza.

Everything was very fine, location, room, staff, etc... A plus for the breakfast, it was awesome! It was a festival, with many options to choose and the staff very attentive! And also the swimming pools, Great!

Staff were good and the wifi was pretty decent. The location wasn't too bad. Bed was firm, but thankfully not as firm as the usual Uzbekistan standard. A little coffee shop inside the lobby was handy, and the restaurant had good food.

The whole hotel felt like a business centre. The shower was stuck, and you had to climb into a very high-sided bathtub to use it. Not a great variation in breakfast. As per the norm in this part of the world, the restaurant had a massive smoking section inside. Spa seemed ridiculously expensive, so I didn't end up using it.

It was a step back in time and reminded me of 1985, but not in stood way - if you have shoulder pads a perm and blue eye shadow you’ll fit in just fine.

staff try to upsell you expensive taxis rather than local taxis which are 1/4 of the price, staff don’t know the local area - customer service generally poor - rooms are very dated.
