This was a perfect place to stay. Everything about this place was amazing... Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room with a beautiful view, great pool, great cafe and restaurant and right on the beach! It was way more than I had expected. I'll definitely visit again while I'm in Cambodia.

Hotel has a fabulous view of Kep beach, especially the top floor rooms. The rooms are simple but efficient. Nice breakfast area overlooking the beach. Good choice of breakfast including a couple of Asian options. The gentleman serving us at breakfast was extremely helpful, friendly and cheerful. Nice swimming pool although limited space for sun beds, howerver, there are a couple of terraces with sea views with comfortable chairs.

Super little hotel on the beach in Kep. Comfortable room and bed. Great location. Lovely clean pool which was well used. The little restaurant provided good food and the bar downstairs was pleasant. The breakfast included several options. This place exceed my expectations as I had booked there some years ago then refused to stay once I arrived. This time I was very happy and would definitely return.

Hotel is tired & worn, mold in the bathroom. Too cheap to put drinking water in the room. Breakfast - don't bother, not worth getting up for.

really lovely and helpful staff. A good location overlooking the beach, even if it was literally being developed as I watched. A bar and restaurant with a great view over the beach that had very good - and surprisingly inexpensive - food. Extra points for glass water bottles in the room, and a filtered water dispenser in the restaurant where you can refill your own bottles.

I had a pool level room, and the huge wooden doors at this level are crazy heavy, and not on sliders. I broke my (short!) nails trying to shove the door shut. The lock was useless. It was a challenging task every single time to open and shut the doors, and I’m not even sure the lock worked. It’s great to have a pool, but bear in mind it is absolutely tiny, and a third of it is knee high.

The location was fantastic, right on Kep Beach waterfront. Its beautiful, the design of the hotel is lovely. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good

There was a horrible sewerage smell in our bathroom. The night we stayed, the street was blocked off for a wedding (not the hotels fault) but there was absolutely horrid music and a man screaming on a microphone past midnight and we did not sleep well at all. be weary of the amount of noise on this street if you want a good nights sleep

Very good location, right opposite the beach and a short tuktuk ride from the Crab Markets, Crab Restaurants stretch & the pier for boats to Koh Tonsay. Good water pressure for the shower. Conveniently located next to an area with shops that could help to change your bills for smaller ones, a Pharmacy, and a short walk from the Giant Ibis bus pick-up point. Nice breakfast too!

Flimsy lock for the sliding door for the rooms with pool view, toilet was dated and could do with up-keeping. Flush for the toilet was weak. Could do with general maintenance of the hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable and big and have a perfect view on the ocean. Everything very clean there. And just some steps from the public beach.

The breakfast is good but if you have to pay for two eggs, jam, bread and croissant and only one slice of bacon, that's a bit expansive then.

Location was great, by the beach. Friendly staff, easy checkin and check out, decent breakfast (but no coffee cause the machine was broken). we didn’t try the pool but it looked nice.

The room was generally not well maintained, rust on the door and places, the floors and walls were not really clean while the fridge was disconnected. WiFi was not working (but to be fair we didn’t try much cause we didn’t care). There was construction on the pavement in front of the hotel and the way over a deep trench was a shakey plank- construction was not the hotel’s issue, but the hotel could have tried to provide guests with better access, or even a double, more stable plank.

the condition of the room and the bed is bad. toilet lighting is bad. breakfast is lousy.
