Nous avons passer un super séjour. Appartement très bien équipé dans les moindres détails. Même pour les bébés il y a vraiment tout. Proche de toutes les commodités Résidence calme. Seul petit bémol nous n’avons plus eu de nouvelles du propriétaire une fois réception Des clefs. Pour partir nous avons laisser les clefs dans la boites au lettres n’ayant aucun signe de vie de leur part ni aucunes instructions.

Helle met us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment was in a very good location for supermarkets and shopping centre. The beach is only a 5 /10 min walk. Pool area is well secured as the propertys are all privately owned. The only negative for us was there is no AC and the wifi is not good, and with a 14yr old and a 10yr old we had a few moans...good job we had playing cards.... But all in all we had a great time. Would recommend

Beautifully clean apartment and very well equipped. On a nice quiet development yet only a short walk away from all the shops and restaurants. Thank you for your hospitality Helle and Jose.

Good communication from Helle and Jose prior to arriving at the apartment. Apartment is located in a quiet complex close to several supermarkets and the Biosfera shopping centre. The complex is made up of a number of holiday rental and owner occupied apartments. This particular apartment was originally a one bedroomed which has been cleverly converted in to a two bedroomed. Unfortunately access to the king size bed, in the second bedroom, is only possible from the bottom of the bed. Wardrobe space in this room is very limited. Not a problem for us though. The kitchen and bathroom are relatively new and there was plenty of hot water available throughout our stay. The TV has a very limited amount of British channels, but who goes to Lanzarote to watch television. The pool was heated throughout our stay which meant we could swim every day. Plenty of loungers around the pool area, so no need to get up early with a towel. There was a table and chairs available on the patio area which overlooks the pool. The residents who lived there were very friendly and offered advice on places of interest to visit and recommended several good restaurants. Good value clean apartment in a convenient location, which we would book again in the future.

Great location for bus,shops,pubs etc. Great pool and very clean and quite. Very good value and will stay again. Great Host.
