Location, layout of complex, bike hire, friendly staff.

Needs new mattress, tea/coffee machines not available with meals, evening entertainment was decent, however on for less than an hour. Rooms tired and in need of refurb. ( room 213 ) Food very repetitive and often cold. Dont be fooled by international drinks brands on show behind bar, these are not what you get, cheap local products

The staff were helpfull and friendly and all parts of the hotel were always spotlessly clean. The food was always tasty and fresh and the bar offered a vast selection od drinks and cocktails included in the all inclusive package. The swimming pools were great. Location was also great, a walk away to the centre with loads of shops, bars and reataurants, as well as very close to the beach. Also a short distance from the airport. Really can't fault it, had an amazing time and would definately stay here again.

Great breakfast great variety, something to suit everyone. Pool area very clean,lots of sunloungers. Pool bar very convenient to the pool .A Good choice of beverages. Bar staff very pleasant and helpful.

Bedrooms need to be refurbished,decor very grubby, especially carpets.

Wonderful location with plenty of space to relax. Three difference pool areas which meant finding peace was easily achieved. Food was beyond expectations- smoked salmon and rare roast beef amongst the salad selection was unexpected.

Our toilet didn't flush at all. Reported at night once we realised understanding no1 could come until the morning. Went out all day and at 8pm had to go back down to say no1 has come to fix. They said someone came at 10am and fixed it but I said it's definitely not fixed. They said maybe he went to wrong room it happes.... Eventually over 26 hours with no flush they fixed this. No compensation. The apartment was stinking obviously we had to use the toilet. Food was very average. Cocktails undrinkable, more like a 3 star being generous. Rooms very dated, clean but old fashioned and messy (wardrobe doors squint etc) Fine for our long weekend but wouldn't return.

The staff were very nice, location is perfect as you have multiple bus links to go to different cities for cheap. There are also supermarkets and bars 5mins walk and of course the beach. They have full day entertainment making it great for families

They couldve had more drink options in the bar, the gym isn't open due to covid related reasons

Meals were excellent, staff extremely friendly, the quality of the pools was excellent..

The hotel is ideally located close to the local bars and restaurants and beach. The staff are all very polite and friendly. The hotel and surrounding local area and spotlessly clean!

Rooms are a bit dated.

Great all round hotel close to beach, staff excellent

Gym was still closed which was a key reason we booked this hotel
