Very warm welcome from Ian. Room was spotless clean. Great location right beside the airport. Ian went out of his way every morning to drop me to my course which was amazing saving the stress of taxis incase they're delayed.

Brilliant accommodation, 5 minutes from Liverpool airport, absolutely spotless and our host could not have done more to make us feel at home. An utter gentleman. Excellent base for touring the area, or, like ourselves, for staying in prior to a flight from John Lennon Airport. Very reasonably priced, secure parking, fine facilities and extremely comfortable bed!!!

Host was so helpful and friendly, rooms are great and have everything you need. Surroundings are beautiful and rooms are all seperate so no disturbing of other guests.

I needed somewhere close to Woolton Village, so this was perfect for me. I also needed somewhere quiet, and it was excellent. It is close to the airport and planes come over at night, but not during the sleeping hours, so it was no problem. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The only problem is that the bed probably needed replacing, or something extra put over the mattress. In my room, at least, I could feel the springs underneath me, and it was difficult to find a spot that was comfortable. Presumably, that was only my room.

Ian very helpful and any problems were sorted out immediately.

Spiders in the bathroom, but it was a barn in the country!

This was the ideal stay for our trip in the Merseyside. Not too far away from the city and easy to access from the motorway. The hosts were extremely kind and warmly welcomed us to the B&B for our short stay. We stayed in a nice and comfortable room with a nice view of the backyard. The area where the B&B is located is nice and very green.
