The location was perfect and staff were amazing.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

What a great location, right in the heart of the village. Allowed us to walk to everything. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and bar downstairs with restaurant was terrific.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs. If you're booking and have bad knees like my husband, make sure you book on the lowest floor possible. We had to move rooms as we'd been booked into a room on the top floor.

Friendly staff, clean and functional facilities. Mad Mexican food was tasty.

The access to the bathroom is extremely narrow. Ok for me, but I can see how access would be very difficult for many. There were some excessively noisy patrons one night, however staff took steps to minimise this for future nights.

Went in summer and it was the great place to stay, must be great in the ski season due to its proximity to the lifts and restaurants. Fantastic staff and a terrific Mexican restaurant. Good room with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

Attention must be paid to cleaning. We found rubbish tucked away.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, willing to do anything to accomodate our various needs. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beautiful views.

Rooms were hot overnight with no fan or Air con, and windows weren't flyscreened so lots of bugs get in when leaving windows open at night, but this was only a minor issue.

check in was supposed to be 2-5 pm at 2 pm we were outside, door still locked we had to call the number in the door for someone to open the person was not very friendly he repeated twice that I SHOULD have received an SMS. I said I didn’t only then he asked:”do you have a foreign (non AU) mobile nr?” which he should have seen from the reservation “then you don’t get an SMS” I would have expected a nicer way to put it: e.g. “sorry, I did not notice you had a non AU mobile nr” in general that is not the first welcome I expect.

Location was good.

No real options for breakfast, always closed in the mornings. Small rooms, no where to get boots on and off, as hotel lobby has only 1 bench seat. People check in, checking out, food delivery to kitchen and skiers putting boots on all in same space. Very average.

Very cooperative staff.

No microwave.
