Overall was nice place. Tight parking. Master bath is a tub only. Water pressure in other shower is extremely low. If any of these things matter, then you need to know these things. Otherwise we made it work.

You can't beat the location if you're in town for enjoying the river or Schlitterbahn. It's also a short walk from several restaurants. This home has all the amenities you need and then some. One thing to keep in mind is this house only has one true shower in the shared bathroom and a tub in the master.

This house was so charming and perfect for our family stay. Very close to Schlitterbahn and tubing the Comal. I would recommend this house to anyone!

We love this property and have stayed there three times for a month-long stay each time. The management team is excellent and very responsive to any needs. We plan to stay again.

On our 29th annual girls trip, we chose this adorable home to spend a week in New Braunfels. We were not disappointed. It was one of the cleanest and well stocked rentals we’ve stayed in. The home sits in a quiet part of town that is close enough to many restaurants and shops you can walk to them. There are bikes left for you also if you choose to ride around town. The beds were very comfortable at the end of a long day. Plenty of TVs in the house. New washer and dryer for your convenience. And the front porch was great to sit in the rockers and watch the deer that roam through the streets, with the exception of the mosquitoes. The host did something no other host has done in the rentals we’ve stayed in prior. In the refrigerator we found milk, juice, yogurt and creamer to use with the well-stocked coffee pods for the Keurig. Then on the counter was a snack basket filled with granola bars, chips, popcorn, candy, and trail mix. It was a special treat we didn’t expect but much appreciated. I would highly recommend this adorable home and would definitely stay there again.

We will keep coming back to the Toll house, we really enjoy our staying here. The house is nicely furnished and very clean. We really enjoy sitting outside at night around the fire pit with light string on while toasting marshmallows for shmores. It is ideally located within walking distance to several nice restaurants, a short drive to the park to launch tubes, and easy access to the fair grounds.

We all had a fantastic stay. The house is so cute and had plenty of room and beds for everyone. Location is great and walking distance to downtown. Even had snacks for the guest as well as a shaded yard to relax and play yard games and even a BBQ pit.

We would stay here again! The welcome items were appreciated. The beds were comfortable.

The house is amazing. Fully stocked with extras. We were in the best location for the water parks and floating the river. We even walked down to the oldest bakery in Texas on our last morning. We will definitely stay here again.

This three bedroom, two bath, cottage is very comfortable and on a quiet cul-de-sac in a pleasant neighborhood within easy walking distance of the Comal River and downtown. We love it so much, we have already booked another month for the fall.

The kitchen had literally every tool and utensil I needed to cook a nice Easter meal. We loved being right across the street from the great folks at 444 Tubing and seeing the deer in the early mornings and evenings. My kids loved it here. It was absolutely perfect!! Can’t wait to go back!!
