The location is superb, right opposite the sea with a phenomenal view! Lovely bakery nearby, supermarket too and the tram stop for the University is within a few minutes walk. It's only 20 mins walk from the old town and there are 3 great beach bars within a couple of minutes. The property is finished to an exquisite standard and very well equipped in terms of seating and Kitchen supplies. The beds in the main bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the rooms very quiet. The 2 main rooms are at opposite ends of the property and afford good privacy. The main room has a well equipped en-suite that my parents could not stop complementing (Dad loved the tiles!), the second room was extremely quiet and right next to the second bathroom, which was small but very functional, good water pressure in the shower and again well equipped. The property is air conditioned throughout and it works very well indeed.

There really wasn't anything not to like. The shower over the bath in the en-suite was slightly damaged, but it worked. Unfortunately the main shower in the en-suite was broken, but these things happen! The 3rd bedroom, isn't really a bedroom, the sofa bed isn't great, but there was a z-bed in the lounge and we used that mattress to make it more comfortable and it was serviceable. All that said, I did not mention this to the owner, as it didn't impact our enjoyment, it truly is a beautiful place and I am going back!

The location is A1, directly across the street from the beach, with a pretty nice restaurant next to it. Good view on water and palm trees from the living room and 1st bedroom window. Bathrooms are both very nice. Living room is very big The two main bedrooms have big and comfortable beds with a lot of storage space.

There are a few pieces of furniture which maybe should be renewed soon, other than that it was great

The host is not very friendly... check out inspection was almost scary. No parking spot is available so you have to use the public parking. This wasn't very clear nor was the host clarifying this.
