* Be ware. The resort does not inform people of additional charge to get into the hot springs. * You can't have breakfast after 8am else you have to pay extra to enter the park even though the breakfast is included in rate * poor maintenance of villa (cupboards) * no dishwasher as stated but then again there is nothing to wash but 4 coffee mugs. A microwave at least would have been nice considering there is a kitchen. * there is no internet (wifi) and cell coverage is limited * no drinking water provided but is a under counter filter. * restaurant was in poor condition and menu very limited (2 choices for western breakfast). Chips were fried in same oil as prawns so tasted like fish.

Breakfast was wholesome.

The check-in process and check-out process. Condition and pricing are keep changing and confusing & somehow we have to pay cash and its more than the price we booked prior with Booking.com.

booking.com shows the wrong location! The lodges are at the „Poring hot springs“! The public transport from Ranau to the springs is tricky (no Grab in this region available).

Restaurant far from our room....scary if want to have dinner 😔

Location is quiet far but the price is reasonable. Good for family. Jungle and nature feel.

We stayed in a bunk bed room, spacious and with comfy beds

The concept of the place is confusing, restaurant - with limited and overpriced food- was in the middle of the HotSprings, nowhere near to the accommodation. Not only you had to pay entrance to enter the HotSprings (where the restaurant is), but the "pools" are nothing more than mini tubs, which have tons of residues from the masses of people who soak just about anything in there. There is absolutely no sense of hygiene.
