Beautiful location with all amenities. Resort restaurants were excellent and prices better than one would expect at a resort.

Room location wasn’t ideal. We were in the courtyard area and it was very loud.

We love the pool area the most along with the food, drinks and staff.

The poor service we had at breakfast during our stay. The first day we waited for nearly two hours to get our breakfast and there were stuff missing to our orders and we were charged the full price of the breakfast. The second day the order came with everything that were missing from the day before but we had to wait for a hour again. The kitchen and service is very very slow and that’s a big negative for the hotel in case you have an early morning check out or flight to catch and wish to eat breakfast before leaving with that long wait. Hopefully they look into to this !!!

Beautiful Bay

Understaffed in restaurants and bars. Terrible service at bar. Friendly and kind staff in restaurant. Check in team was no efficient. Long, long lines to check in and check out. Not friendly. They were helpful when our A/C in room wasn’t working and we needed a new room - this took a great deal of pushing to get a better room. The room was MUCH better! The restaurant team is seriously understaffed. They work hard but the wait for ordering anything while seated at table is long. It took over 20 minutes for our drink order. Showers are plastic inserts. A bit rickety. Rooms are very clean albeit a bit worn.

The pool

Very unkind staff. Location is far from the main hots spots of the island such as Simpson bay, Maho village. You need a car to do reach this places. Not suited for a young couple.
