The beds are really hard and uncomfortable

Wifi,

No heating in rooms. There is no sound isolation.

Good budget option. Great warm, high pressure showers. Clean facilities. Expect a motel-like feel to it. You can buy drinks and basics at reception, so you don't have to go out at night.

Neighborhood is not the best. Was travelling alone and got a little bit haggled (more than other areas during my month trip) when going out in the evening. But for the price, I really can't complain. You are adjacent to the nicer area of Chaperino.

There's a good restaurant around the corner if you can find it. I crashed here after a redeye flight and slept till the afternoon without any difficulty, so that's good.

It's hard to imagine why anyone would chose to be in this particular area. I wanted to explore Zona Rosa a bit but it's not really ideal for that. It's part of a chain of hotels where the rhetoric is far removed from what you actually experience.

Location

The room was very dirty, the staff was some friendly and some not.

Great location, helpful stuff, safe to walk area, surrounding universities and nice park next to hospital

Lack of elevator, 4 or 5th floor through the stairs

- Great value for money. I paid £65 for 5 nights. - Very friendly front desk staff - cannot speak English, but that is to be expected. Extremely pleasant and helpful. - Very power shower and hot too! - Wifi was great - worked very well in the room

- Noisy - there is a car park in the ground floor, and the concrete nature of the building means that every sound is magnified. But the nights were quiet.
