The outstanding hospitality of Lupe and the entire hotel team made us feel like cherished guests. They welcomed us with refreshing drinks, setting the tone for a perfect stay. Our room was a sanctuary of relaxation, thoughtfully designed to provide both aesthetic pleasure and ultimate comfort. Overlooking the breathtaking Caribbean Sea, every morning was a delight as we woke up to the mesmerizing view. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the summer veranda were exquisite experiences, made even more magical by the backdrop of Tulum sunsets. The panoramic views from the top platform of the hotel created the perfect setting for romantic evenings and rejuvenating yoga. Throughout our stay, we couldn't help but notice the dedication and cheerfulness of the staff, who treated us like family. Victor and Joel, with their infectious energy, ensured that every day started with a positive vibe☀️. Sasil and Pek, the enchanting dogs with their charming Mayan names, added an extra layer of charm to the hotel, making us feel even more at home. And special thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Marta, that’s unforgettable. And oh, the culinary delights crafted by Chef Edgar! Every meal was a revelation of fresh, natural ingredients expertly combined to create an explosion of flavors. The chef's dishes were unparalleled, leaving us enchanted and claiming the top spot among all the restaurants we visited in the area. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The facility is beautiful.

They need to let customers know who to contact after hours if there is an issue since there is no front desk.

Service at the beach could be a little better, with more frequent rounds from the staff. We would’ve ordered more beers! Noisy nights due to neighbor beach club, but that’s some thing out of the property’s reach.

location was great for the beach strip, and the beach is beautiful in front of hotel. Lupe, comos, hector and victor as well as marta and Zazil the dogs were amazing we couldn’t have asked for more !!! really made our stay great was sad to leave.

My boyfriend and I (in our 40’s) stayed 7 nights here and loved everything about this quaint, perfectly sized place. I wish I could go back! It is right on the beach and our room was on the floor with easy access to the eating area and of course the beach which was lovely. The room is spacious and comfy, with lots of light if you want or black out curtains for sleeping in. All the best touches. The staff clean the seaweed right away off the beach in the morning so that you have nice access to the water. The swimming was perfect, and we saw manta rays. Everyone employed at the property is extremely friendly and accommodating! We especially loved the head waiter Hosme…I wish I could give him another hug! He made us the best margaritas, guacamole, ceviche, surf and turf platter and of course every morning a complimentary breakfast of omelets, fresh brewed coffee, and fresh fruit! It was delicious. We also loved Marta..the owner. She was the best! The location of this property is right in the heart of the beach club district on the beach strip of Tulum. It felt safe and there was a convenient store right across the street which was very helpful. There are many clubs and restaurants right outside your door.

There was only ONE downfall to this property and I almost feel bad writing it down but it may be significant for some people: there is a dance beach club right next door. They start their base dance music at about lunch time and it goes all night till 12-3 in the morning, every night of the week. If you are a heavy sleeper you might be fine with a sound machine. But if your a light sleeper, a sound machine didn’t touch the base and a sleeping pill didn’t work. I ended up getting Valium at the pharmacy down the street and took that every night along with the sound machine at full blast on a speaker to pass out. It worked like a charm!!! And I slept like a baby for the remaining nights. I haven’t touched the Valium since!!

The location is perfect and accessible to restaurants. The room is huge and can fit 4 people with luggages. I love how simple it is and comfortable.

Great clean hotel with really nice staff. We liked the beach the most from all the ones we visited from Tulum to Cancun. The food in the restaurant was good as well.

The property was not easy to find. The gate to the main road was closed and there was no staff to welcome us. When we found the place we had to open the gate to the parking lot ourselves which didn’t look like an entrance to the hotel. The hotel is indeed situated right next to a nightclub / beach club and all the other reviews understate just how bad it is. We were in room 7 which is as far away from the music as it can get and it was impossible to sleep. Completely ruined our stay. The breakfast was lackluster considering the price point. Honestly touring the Yucatan and multiple countries, this was the biggest let down of all the places we stayed.

Large clean rooms. Large balcony. Mini fridge refilled with water daily. Clean beach towels given daily. Breakfast was included. Very nice staff.

Loud music from nearby beach club that starts around 11am, stops around 6-7pm and starts again at 8pm into late night. If you’re a sensitive sleeper, might be an issue. Shower pressure is very low, water is hard (minerals) so hair never felt washed. Hot water for about 5-10 min only after warming it up as hotel is powered by solar panels.

The very relaxed vibe! They truly just want you to have a good time, experience, and it shows. Its definitely a smaller staff, but that was awesome - after only 2 days, you felt like you knew everyone. Gabe, the host, was amazing - thanks for being a bro!

the wifi - if you have to do any work online, I would consider another place. It was not good.

The hot water was an issue for us. Took cold showers bc water was only warm for less than 30 secs. However, we were offered an alternative to utilize a different room where water was supposed to be hot.

The hotel is located next to a beach and nocturnal night club. I did not mind the loud music but if you are sensitive to the music I would not recommend. Our hotel stay was great!

The location, staff, and accommodations are excellent in every regard. Stylish, upscale, safe, and spacious. Gabriel was an excellent receptionist, concierge, and manager. This is a boutique hotel and certainly lived up to this expectation.

The deep base music from the clubs less than 100 yards down the beach can be heard at all hours. If you have sensitive hearing and don’t sleep well with sound, either plan to bring good ear plugs or find somewhere else. The club music usually goes until 1 or 2 AM, so be prepared.
