Beautiful location. You can hear the sea from the bedroom at night which was so calming. Very practical place with everything you could need. Sandy beach just below the complex is amazing. The pool was not open when we were there but it looked lovely. The balcony is a wonderful outdoor space but just a note for sun lovers that (in April, at least) it does not get the sun until late morning. The owner was very helpful and responsive to enquiries. Would very much recommend this place.

In februari en maart 2022 verbleven in appartement van Miguel. Een super appartement op 3-hoog met lift met alles wat je je maar kan wensen: heel schoon, uitzicht op de vissershaven, strand, boulevard, zee. Het balcon op het zuiden, met alleen maar privacy. Prima communicatie met Miguel. Een toptijd gehad en we komen zeker weer terug overwinteren bij hem. Wout & Karrie

Propriété propre, bien entretenue, calme et orienté plein Sud.

Cela fait la 2ème fois qu’elle nous séjournons dans cette propriété et nous en sommes toujours ravis. Le plus, c’est cette grande terrasse donnant sur la mer et la plage en bas de l’immeuble. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles. Nous espérons y revenir.

En general bien 4 días muy tranquilos la terraza espectacular y muy buena vista el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas no pude conocer a Miguel porque no pudo venir, vino su hermana Amalia muy amable

Buen apartamento en el que se alojaron familiares. Uno de los mejores apartamentos en cuanto a limpieza, ubicación y trato. Se repetirá la estancia en otras ocasiones. Recomendable, sin duda.

El apartamento es excelente por su ubicación, su equipación completa, se ajusta al anuncio al 100% con la terraza que es una gloria, hemos pasado unos días de playa geniales. Miguel es super amable nos ha atendido y se ha preocupado de nosotros sobre todo cuando hemos padecido un robo de nuestras bicis en el garaje. Nos quedamos con ganas de volver.

Dit is een omzeggens perfect appartement om te genieten van al het mooie van de Costa Blanca. In dit 5 persoons verblijf waren we slechts met ons tweetjes, dus meer dan plaats genoeg. Prachtig uitzicht op de zee vanaf de living én de slaapkamer. Aangename lichte drukte in het haventje, alle nodige winkels op loopafstand, direct aan het strand voor de dagelijkse wandeling, auto veilig in de ondergrondse garage, mooie ruime omgeving voor wandelingen o.a. in de bergen. En natuurlijk, het schitterend terras, met de zon vanaf de ochtend. De gastheer is heel sympathiek en doet al het mogelijke om het inchecken goed te laten verlopen. We hadden geboekt voor bijna 5 weken, maar door de corona-problemen, waren we verplicht 'in ons kot' te blijven vanaf de derde week. Enkel boodschappen doen kon nog. Het mooie terras liet ons nog een week 'overleven', maar toen duidelijk was dat de strenge quarantaine nog zeker 2 weken verder zou lopen, beslisten we vroegtijdig terug naar huis te keren, met héél veel pijn in het hart. Dankjewel Miguel, hopelijk zien we elkaar nog weer.

Location conforme au descriptif, appartement spacieux et bien agencé. Résidence calme et entretenue, parking au sous-sol. Le top c’est la grande terrasse avec vue à 180• sur la Méditerranée et le port.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Magníficas vistas. Los propietarios, muy agradables

L’accueil a été agréable et sympathique. L’appartement, situé dans une résidence calme, offre une très belle vue sur la mer en 1 ère ligne. Proche de la plage et des commerces. Il est bien équipé. La climatisation dans le séjour est appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

El apartamento está espectacular, muy cerca de la playa, disponía de todo lo necesario, sabanas, toallas, papel higiénico, papel de cocina, azúcar, sal, aceite, todo lo necesario para cocinar. Bares y restaurantes muy cerca y en una zona muy tranquila al lado del puerto y de la mejor playa de Villajoyosa. No necesitas coche para nada, supermercado muy cerca y la Urbanización está muy bien muy poca gente en la piscina y sitio para que jueguen los niños con toda tranquilidad. El apartamento tiene de todo, aire acondicionado, internet de fibra óptica, garage, colchones, almohadas y sofás muy cómodos y una terraza espectacular con unas vistas maravillosas, además dispone de dos hamacas y una mesa y cuatro sillas para comer, cenar y desayunar. Miguel el anfitrión nos dio todo tipo de facilidades para entrar y salir por lo que hemos quedado encantados con nuestra estancia de 8 días y por supuesto que volveremos de vacaciones a este maravilloso apartamento, totalmente recomendable. Three weeks in this most beautiful Apartment, situated in a peaceful, interesting and ever changing village was a lovely memory making experience. One we would love to return to in a future visit to this part of Spain. Mr Perez and his Wife, Victoria ensured that the Apartment had everything one would need to enjoy a comfortable and ease of use environment. It was well appointed and offered a very peaceful and scenic view from a fantastic, large balcony. The busy Port was a main attraction with the fishing trawlers coming and going each day - always something to see and take delight in. Très bon accueil par Miguel. L immeuble est très bien entretenu et très bien situé. Très belle vue du balcon. Un peu bruyant le matin (bateaux du port) Tout est opérationnel dans l appartement. Tout corresond à la description, mise à part les terrains de tennis qui sont plus petits que la normale. La piscine est très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nico Gweno Mélo et Nono
