the location was good as it is in the calendario but not in the middle of party town.

the noise. the streets can be noisy early morning and the walls are thin.

Well I got a very good price through Booking but I think that meant I got their worst room. it was cold and had a very awkward bathroom under the stairs. I guess I got what I paid for.

The staff.

The shower was terrible. Hot, cold, hot, cold. They have signs in the room, saying not to eat in bed. That’s what people do in hotel rooms. I’ve never seen that before. The neighborhood is sketchy. Stay in Chapinero (Parque de la 93), instead.

Room was next to the street and a bit noisy. It's not a busy street though. In general most accomodations in La Candelaria are noisy due to the construction.

The lady that worked there pretended to be nice but was absolutely unreasonable. She wanted to charge me 30 Mil pesos if I had a guest overnight. I totally understood because my room was for one person and offered to pay straight away. My friend didn't stay the night but she returned the next morning to visit. She then insisted that I had to pay another 30 Mil pesos because she left and came back. A total of 60 Mil for a visitor. There was no miscommunication as I speak fluent Spanish. I hope this doesn't happen to someone else therefore I took the time to write this. T

Nice rooftop terrace, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good location in La Candelaria (footwalk distance to many attractions)

Shower is quite small and water temperature can change suddenly. Thin walls (other guests were noisy during the night)

Staff was really helpful! Our luggage didn't arrive and they really helped us. The bed was sooo good.
