The room was a decent size with king size bed.

This is not a hotel, no room service, no coffee in the morning, no food, I mean not even snacks, no ice, towels were sketchy, seemed to be line dried and not fluffy clean, no soap, had to buy my own tp! Cheapest locks on room door, so had to remove all valuables when we went out. Want the room cleaned? Need to hand over key. When we returnedin the evening, "hello" the room was left unlocked! Good thing we kept our valuables away! Then the final insult, booked 9 nights and they require full payment on check in. After the 6th night we decided, enough is enough so we checked out. Were told call Monday when Supervisor is in to discuss refund for 3 nights. Called but "sorry" we cant issue refundsbut we can issue credit for three nights, i.e. you can come back and stay in this wonderful place that you hate for the three nights. Bottom line? Avoid at all cost!

The room was alright, had to switch rooms 3 times though because each room had a separate issue, in 1 the toilet wasn't working, in another, there was no water in the pipes, and the third one smelled like someone had been smoking and they said it was a non smoking room 🙄

It is a secured gated hotel

Didn't see housekeeping the whole time. Bathroom reeked of urine since day one, place was dusty, needs professional housekeeping personnel. There is NO kitchenette as advertised, no kettle, no nothing, a fridge is available upon request for an additional fee. The linens were super thin and thread bare, and had tiny holes in it.
