Wow!!! What can I say. Our stay at Villa Alegria was perfect from start to finish. The villa was spotless, well decorated and perfectly equipped. The pool was beautiful alongside the view of the sea. Easy walking distance to the beach, 8 minute walk to Siam was perfect and there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Communication with Peter was excellent and Ana and Angela were lovely and obviously worked very hard to keep the villa clean. I would highly recommend Villa Alegria to anyone and will definitely be back!!!

What a great find! The villa was absolutely perfect and was equipped with everything we could wish for, it’s one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The pool area was lovely with beautiful views out to sea, and it was within a short walking distance of all of the best bars and restaurants in Costa Adeje. You do have to walk up a few hills on the way back though so be prepared! Peter’s communication from the moment of booking was great too. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to friends and family - we had a brilliant holiday, thank you Peter for letting us stay! 5⭐️

Great house with plenty of room, including outdoor space, more spacious than pictures indicate. View from the pool area is wonderful. Well stocked kitchen, including spices for cooking. 100% recommend.

Location is great, in a quiet area but only a short walk to the sea-front, supermarket and Siam Mall and Siam Park. Communication with the owner was excellent, responding to all enquiries within minutes. We would not hesitate to book this villa again.

Stayed here over new year and it was absolutely beautiful. Amazing villa, very high standards - we didn’t want for anything. Made good use of pool and ping pong tables. Lovely views down to the sea. It was in a quiet area with a 5-10 min walk to the beach, and an amazing restaurant right at the bottom of the road. Communication with Peter very easy and he really helped us out with anything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here.

lovely quiet villa, a bit too quiet for a party of older lads here for the football, you could not here a peep from the surronding villas, although we played no music we upset a few of the residents with our chatting and laughter around the pool area, but a beautiful villa for families and couples that are not noisy as its super quiet, taxi drivers trying to get out the private road caused a lot of noise too on at least two occassions where the button to open the electric gates did not seem to work, definately for old people access to the villa extremely hilly we all in our 50s 60s leg aches was a big concern,

Everything from communication to arrival was spot on. The villa and pool has everything you need and more. Perfect location for everything. Fantastic place to chill with family . Taxi can fdrop you just outside . Its very private and very very clean.

What a fantastic stay, from being greeted on arrival by Ana to the fresh fruit on the table and the place was spotless. The villa has ample of space with two bathrooms, no need to queue for the shower. The location was perfect only a 10 min walk to restaurants bars and the beach, and the views were spectacular. There are a few steps but these are not a problem. Would definitely recommend

Great communication with the owner. Very well equipped and very clean. Everything you needed was there. A great bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine were left for us - very thoughtful.

We travelled as a family of five adults to stay at this villa for a week. It is just as described on the listing, it’s a fabulous villa, with really wonderful outside space. Inside the villa was spotless, and it had all amenities and utensils etc you could possibly require. Great gas barbecue. The pool area got the sun all day, perfect. Location only a short walk downhill to the supermarket, and also to the seafront. Uphill coming back, but taxis were plentiful and reasonably priced! Would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Peter!

This is a great villa in a great location, it is fully equipped and has everything thing you need and more, had a couple of nice bbq meals, not far to restaurants and bars and very quiet, considering not far from main road, the Pool is great and as everyone mentions the pictures don't do it justice.

We had a fantastic if not slightly muted week at this lovely villa. The villa itself and the gardens were gorgeous with great view down towards Adeje and the sea beyond. The pool was a great size and the BBQ was in immaculate condition. The location of this villa has Two opposing points of view. Firstly it is nicely placed to walk to bars and restaurants and you are only a short down hill walk to the sea front walkway. We walked to Fanabe beach one day and Las America’s another so there is no issue accessing either through a gentle stroll. The supermarket is a 5 min walk which is also handy for provisions when you first land, the issue for this particular villa is that it states that the villa is child friendly and great for families, the villa might be the neighbours are not !! My children who are 9 and 5 respectively were told by the residents association manager to keep the noise down on 2 separate occasions. One at 9 am and the other at 4:30pm. Both times the kids were just enjoying themselves in the pool. This was not teenagers having a rave or adults under the influence of alcohol but two children playing and splashing in their own pool, I think the issue lies in that this villa is housed in a small residential area and I don’t think the residents are overly enamoured by noise at any level. Lovely Villa - Yes, Child friendly - No.

We went to this villa in June for 1 week with 4 kids with us aged 18,13,8 & baby at 6 months and had a brilliant time, the villa itself could not have been anymore perfect for us........loads of space inside the villa for us all and outside pool and BBQ area was absolutely perfect for us.The villa was well situated for closeness to airport, 10 mins walk to Siam park, aqualand, shops, resteraunts etcThank you for a lovely holiday!! x
