We had a lovely 2 week stay in this apartment. It is very modern & extremely clean ( the lady who looks after the property lives opposite and is extremely helpful). We didn’t use the communal pool, the pool itself is okay but it’s surroundings are very very run down - broken grass umbrellas, broken tiles, graffiti everywhere a unusable park & tennis court. There were men doing some repair work around the complex so hopefully this will eventually be sorted. The property itself as I said is lovely with a nice little garden. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the beach, bars & restaurants which was perfect for us as we love to walk! I would recommend this property for the property but not the communal facilities.

Wir haben uns bei David sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und super ausgestattet.

Wir hatten als kleine Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell und vor Ort würde man toll betreut. Check in und out Prozesse sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

La atención del propietario y el apartamento, fueron perfectos, la ubicación muy cerca de la playa, lo que no nos gusto fue el mantenimiento de la piscina comunitaria, pero con la playa tan cerca no importaba

Die Ausstattung der Villa läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Für uns wichtig: Sehr gutes WLAN und alle deutschen Fernsehsender verfügbar. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Auto empfehlenswert aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich, da Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Fazit: Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt umd werden das Angebot sicher wieder einmal nutzen.

Unseren Aufenthalt in Davids Bungalow an Weihnachten 2018 haben wir sehr genossen. Im Bungalow ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet; es gibt viele kleine Details, die man in Ferienwohnungen sonst nicht vorfindet. Alle Räume sind schön renoviert, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage könnte man auch als Heizung nutzen, was wir aber im Dezember nicht gebraucht haben. Die Terrasse ist sehr sonnig und windgeschützt, ideal für den Winter, für den Sommer ist bestimmt der überdachte Teil sehr angenehm. Vom gepflegten Garten hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Hausberg von Playa Blanca, der sich leicht besteigen lässt und von dem aus man einen super Rundblick hat. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarin, die sich um den Bungalow kümmert, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Da die Anlage abseits vom Zentrum von Playa Blanca und den Stränden liegt, ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt empfehlenswert, die nähere Umgebung lädt auch nicht gerade zu einem Fußmarsch ins Zentrum ein.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een complete woning. Het huis is netjes ingericht, veel elektrische apparaten aanwezig (broodrooster, föhn, staafmixer, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, wasmachine enz.). Prima bedden. Tuinmeubilair goed. Goede locatie. Heel fijn was het goede contact met de verhuurder die ons tips heeft gegeven over dingen in de omgeving, en autohuur. Verrassend was de tussentijdse verschoning van de bedden en de handdoeken.

Limpieza excelente, atención del propietario muy buena, zona muy tranquila un poco alejada del centro del pueblo, piscina grande y en perfecto estado. La casa muy cómoda y con todos los detalles necesarios.

Der Bungalow liegt in einer Anlage, in der Einheimische und Urlauber wohnen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig ohne Autolärm oder Animationsstörungen. Sie liegt etwas abseits vom Touristenrummel am Fuße des Vulkans. Wir hatten ein Auto, das wir täglich auch für die Fahrten zum Strand benutzt haben. Man kann problemlos auch den ganzen Tag in der Anlage bleiben, denn im Bungalow und im eigenen Garten hat man alles: Liegen, Handtücher für Pool und Strand, alle Küchenutensilien, die man sich denken kann. Der Vermieter hat wirklich mitgedacht und seinen Bungalow perfekt eingerichtet. Nur der Pool ist nicht so wie er auf dem Bild scheint: kalt, ohne Liegen, meistens im Wind. Wir waren nur im Meer baden in der Zeit Ende März, Anfang April.

alles was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet, ist hier komplett gelungen. Saubere, moderne und praktisch ausgestatter Bungalow. Etwas vom Zentrum abgelegen aber schön ruhig. Eine Busanbindung (Buslinie 60) an den Ort ist halbstündig gewährleistet. Leider konnten wir die Poolanlage wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Diie angebotene Betreuung war perfekt.

Excellent bungalow everything provided including beach towels and all kitchen utensils. Only downside if I had to pick one the pool was freezing but didnt stop my children going it. Bungalow totally spotless and very friendly cleaning lady who gave us tips on where to shop etc she even gave us a bottle of water when we arrived very kind.

Very well laid out ,clean and lovely. Awayfrom the hustle and bustle,we walked miles and if you don’t like hoping on and off buses or walking you will need a car ,idealic for us quiet !

this is a very nice bungalow with a very friendly owner, which gives you a lot of information to enjoy your holidays. The bungalow is equipped very good. What I missed were German TV channels but it was possible to use internet TV. There is a nice pool in the area with a wonderful sight to the sea and to the vulcan.

David is a fantastic host, making our stay very easy with good directions etc. The villa is in a quiet location, we used the car to get into town but you could walk. We had the pool to ourselves most days!

Stayed in bungalow for 2 months in Oct/Nov. Location is 20 minute walk from most things but good bus stop near Virginia Park about 300 yards away and a Taxi rank by Jardines Del Sol about 400 yards away. We did not hire a car and had no problems with walking or using buses but some people might prefer to hire a car. Plenty of free parking around bungalow and town. Very well equipped with most furniture and equipment coming from IKEA therefore good quality. Very lovely and friendly lady who lives opposite and holds the key/looks after the bungalow. For a small fee direct to her will give the bungalow a weekly clean. She is an absolute gem. The large terrace is south facing and has a nice covered area so you can choose sun or shade all day long. Kitchen includes built in oven, large fridge freeer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Good quality China, glasses and pans. Good quality towels are supplied including beach towels and 2 sets of bedding. Booking process very easy and efficient. Bath with shower enclosure over one end, with a designer shower unit giving multiple jet options. Small supermarket in Virginia Oasis offers most things at not too bad prices, cheaper than Paradise Island's smaller supermarket. Use Superdino by bus station for main shopping as much cheaper than all other supermarkets in town.

La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones en Familia y mas! Estaba en perfecto estado todo impecable, una vista hermosa de la montaña roja desde el fondo. Con un auto te mueves por toda la isla y estas a unos minutos en auto de las hermosas playas Papagayo que son imperdibles, naturaleza al máximo. Muchas gracias David y Maria!
