Our 2 bedroom unit was beautifully decorated with plenty of outdoor patio furniture! The kitchen was fully stocked. Amazing views! Celebrated a family 60th birthday and Paul the Concierge was helpful to book last minute fishing trip, in room massages, balloons for room, etc. Husband caught Mahi Mahi and hotel cooked up for our dinner. This resort is very relaxing and the beach is beautiful to swim on. Short walks to the marina for shopping or catching a snorkel boat or a short walk to The Office or Edith’s. Fabulous time! Owner is great to communicate with any questions you have as well as concierge.

Beautiful view & unit & location superb! We loved it!

We repeated staying in this unit because of the location. The owner made sure we were comfortable. The veranda is enormous, and has a special two-seat area that juts out. From daily housekeeping, to full kitchen, to even the traditional and vibrant decor, we loved everything about the unit.

Amazing property. Beautiful decor, well-equipped, very comfortable beds and the most amazing view. Very good location in the complex. Ingrid was wonderful to deal with. We hope to return soon.

We love the hacienda beach resort and have been coming for years. This 2BR is really nicely done in a very traditional mexican style with artwork and furnishings. The kitchen was very well stocked, the balcony has an extension given you an added bonus onto an already great balcony with awesome views. Best of all was the personal touch of Paul as personal concierge for the owners guests. Simply a special place!

My friend, my husband, and I, recently stayed at this rental for five nights in mid/late August. Overall, the trip was one of the best vacations (we’ve been to 7 different places in Cabo). We definitely plan on going back and have told friends what a great time we had. PROS: Booking: Booking was easy. The host was responsive, friendly, provided extensive information on the rental, and promptly provided requested information. Concierge and Check-in/out: Excellent check in process. Both resort and room concierges were excellent. The room concierge, Paul, greeted us with cold beer, fresh guacamole/salsa, and a short chair massage. Paul was top notch and helped us secure difficult to obtain dinner reservations and helped solve any issue that arose. He also helped arrange the private chef (a must in our opinion). Any request/question was promptly answered. Condo: the condo is exactly as pictured and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was better appointed than we could have imagined (e.g., coffee maker, microwave, multiple juicers, tupperware, pitcher, and many pots and pans, including a bacon cooking pan). We had a private chef two of the days and she had everything she needed. There was also a washer and dryer. Daily service, comfortable beds, etc. Hacienda Grounds: The grounds of the Hacienda are lovely and really that of a luxury resort. The beach is on Medano Bay – perfect for swimming, which is rare in Cabo. Great pools and view. The Hacienda has one main restaurant and a café by the gym. The food was excellent, had a gorgeous view, with exceptional service. It is medium/high priced, but worth it and still cheaper than a comparable US resort (e.g., about $200 for multi course dinner with drinks for 3 adults). Great/quiet location (about $10 cab to downtown). Gym & Spa: These facilities were a huge bonus to our group, and we used them daily. Full spa access (e.g., robes/lockers, hot and dry saunas, cold/hot plunge pool) and large/well equipped exercise rooms. CONS Two minor cons. Paul, and the owner, were responsive, and Ingrid offered a discount on a return trip. Construction: there was loud construction most days (no work on Sunday). We worked around it, but if you’re traveling in the off season, it might be something you want to ask about. Hot Water: The smaller bathroom did not have hot water. We informed Paul and he worked to rectify. We used the other bathroom/gym shower, so it was not a big issue.

My family and I stayed at this rental for 4 nights and had a fabulous time. The unit itself is beautifully decorated, clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the balcony, as well as, all the amenities of the beach club offers. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. I cannot say enough positive things about this rental….you will not regret staying here!

We have stayed at The Hacienda many times and this unit is special. The decor is gorgeous and comfortable. The outdoor area is spacious and a perfect place to have coffee or spend sometime working. The owner is responsive and accommodating. It is apparent that she cares deeply about her unit and wants her guests to truly enjoy their time. Her local support team is thoughtful and attentive. I highly recommend this unit and the team.

Wonderful property at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences! Can’t say enough about this property and our stay. The condo is first class on every level! Amazing sweeping views, a huge wrap-around patio with multiple seating areas (very cool to move with the sun / change your viewing focus). Very tastefully decorated with authentic Mexican flair. A fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathrooms, and comfy furniture throughout. The location has that magic mix of 3 mins down to the beach, but set back just enough to offer privacy and a break from the beach action… 8-10 min walk to the Marina and the mix of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment offered there…. The spa, while smaller than some of the other major high end resorts, is lovely with great services. And the gym is fully equipped and perfect to get your workouts in. The restaurant has a nice menu with yummy local food choices. Staff throughout are friendly, attentive (but not annoying), and professional. We also played golf twice… at Palmilla and Cabo Real. 25-35 min ride from the resort… highly recommended both courses. Highest compliment we can pay the owner Ingrid…. We absolutely plan to rent her place, again and again. Enjoy!

Very nice property, in one of pictures it showed a hot tub on the balcony, and there isnt one. Other than that , great stay.

We absolutely loved this property. Right in the heart of all that Medano Beach and Cabo San Lucas have to offer, yet feels a million miles away. Ingrid's communication was great from start to finish. And her furnishings as well as the stocking of the home was fantastic. It looked just like the photos. Handmade furniture from Guadalajara and beautiful artwork and accessories throughout the home. A true labor of love to have put it all together so nicely. The kitchen and laundry items are extremely well-stocked and meant we did not need to bring anything but our food and beverage. We had a hard time leaving the gorgeous patio with its large gathering area and super comfortable furniture with BBQ and the MOST SPECTACULAR views of the bay and marina! This place is well worth the money and we are still talking about it. Just got home and we are ready to book our next visit!

View is breathtaking. The art is amazing. I loved every end of this place! So relaxing to watch the boats roll in. Amazing little touches like L’Occitine toiletries. Fresh towels every day. Was one of my most favorite vacations. Truly felt pampered. Would highly recommend staying here. Worth every penny. Great location but to be honest hard to leave our resort because it is just amazing.

The Hacienda is awesome and the layout and location of this unit is great. I have stayed there many many times, however, the furnishing/decor are a little too outdated for my taste. I don't mean style wise, but rather age wise. My two cents.

The property was beautiful, the villa was well equipped and spacious. We loved our vacation at hacienda and miss the amazing view of the sea of Cortez from the balcony of this unit!

Beautiful condo that is wonderfully decorated and cared for. It's immediately apparent that the owner (Ingrid) has gone above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The furnishings are warm and comfortable, the art and decor are amazing and the unit is outfitted with everything you can think of plus more. Ingrid is an amazing host. She is easy to talk with, very responsive and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I had originally booked for Dec but a medical issue caused to us to have to cancel last minute. Ingrid was perfectly accommodating in changing our dates. I will be a frequent visitor!

We loved everything about this stay. I'm a bullet point kind of reviewer so here it is; - Great beds. Soft sheets, lots of pillow options and ample bedding supplies. - Soft towels and plenty of them. - All the necessities in the kitchen and laundry including, detergent, coffee filters, baggies and more dishes and accessories than anyone could ever need. - Amazing patio with room to spread out, have meals and play hide and seek. - The beach club has many buildings and is somewhat spread out. This condo is close to everything. - The staff was out of this world. They remembered our names, were so kind and playful with our 2 year old and always happy to help with anything. We loved everything about this condo and the beach club and will absolutely be back. Megan, Michael and Danny
