Just got back from a week stay and the villa is amazing we had a car and short 10 min drive to the beach and restaurants all though there are two close by 5 min drive, Villa was lovely and kids loved the pool, pool table and ping pong table, would definitely book again and the owners were great and kept us informed with everything we needed to know and were brilliant thanks, great holiday and villa

As grandparents we arranged a holiday at this Villa for all the family (10) which did not disappoint. The Villa was superb, very clean and tidy, everything was there to make this a special holiday, plenty of space in and around the Villa good size swimming pool which enabled us to have races involving all the family, Infact the grandchildren spent hours in there even having a midnight swim. There was also a games room which entertained us all. There was also plenty of shade overlooking the pool with views across the valley. Moraira was a ten minute drive which is a beautiful up market town on the coast with plenty of bars and restaurants. We met the owner Christiana who was a lovely lady who genuinely put the guests first. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend this Villa to anybody with a large family

When I booked this villa I kept it from the family as I wanted to surprise them all, they was overwhelmed when we arrived. The villa is just outstanding, would highly recommend and it’s affordable too. Christiane replied to all my emails and gave me updates. Has a lovely swimming pool , loungers , games room, bbq near the pool, kitchen is fully equipped. Such amazing views but you will need a car to get around . Hope this villa is available next time we visit. Thank you Christiane.

We have just had a nine night stay at the villa with 6 friends and what a great villa, its well laid out with a lot of space, you do need a car although one of our group did walk to town and back, 40 min on the return. Everything was nice quality and very clean, I have never stayed in a place with a kitchen having so much equipment available, it was short of nothing. Christiane was a very pleasant and helpful host, nothing was to much trouble. all of us would go back.

We are a party of 13 and have just returned from a two week stay here. Due to a ‘hiccup‘ at home, two of us flew out a day after the rest of the party arrived. They said the online photographs didnt do the villa justice- and they were right! The Villa was stunning. We couldn’t fault a thing! Thank you

Highly recommended - we stayed family of 11 including 2 babies, and toddler. The villa was so very well equipped. Moraira has lots of eateries/restaurants, a lovely beach. A car is required as walking down into Moraira is fine but walking uphill would not be fun! 🤣 A truly wonderful stay had by all and super memories made. Thank you Christiane for all of your help - really was much appreciated.

Hemos estado muy comodos en la casa, la verdad que esta totalmente preparada para el número de personas que se refleja. El trato de la dueña perfecto y detalles como una cesta de frutas que es de valorar. Solo dos detallitos que se lo comunicamos a la propiedad y que seguro solucionaran, uno el tema del wifi que tiene demasiados cortes o la señal es nula dada el tamaño de la casa que impide en este caso si hubiera sido necesario trabajar en algun momento. Y el segundo la falta de mosquiteras en la casa, creo serian necesarias por la ubicacion del inmueble. Aun con estos detallitos la casa es espectacular y el trato tambien. Recomendable 100%

In diesem Haus wurde einfach an alles gedacht. Vom Kinderspielzeug über ein Bügelbrett ist alles vorhanden. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns sogar frisches Obst hin gestellt. Vielen Dank dafür!!!!

Super sød og serviceminded udlejer. Fantastisk belligenhed. Vidunderligt og veludstyret hus. Det er helt sikkert ikke sidste gang vi har holdt ferie i Moraira og dette hus. Jeg kan kun anbefale alle at prøve det !

If you are looking for a villa with all the facilities and some privacy to enjoy with family, then this is the place for you . Your own transport is essential though. We are a family of 12 plus a 6 month old baby and there was more than adequate size rooms to accommodate us all. Views, especially from top floor, are superb. Excellent beaches just a short drive away and the town of Moraira should satisfy all your needs. There is an excellent pub restaurant a short drive away called ‘Bar 21’ where food is excellent and there are many more in town to cater for all . In the villa we had small fridge problem which Christiane instantly rectified. Christiane is only a phone call and short distance away should any problems arise but we only had that one issue and as I mentioned, sorted! Villa pool excellent and when we could get kids out of the water they were kept going with freshly cooked barbecued food. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed the villa and if we could mangage to get all our family together again for a break we would certainly consider returning. Thank you Christiane!!

We stayed in villa Benismuslem for 10 days in April/May with 5 adults and 5 children. We have had the most wonderful time. The pictures don’t do justice, in real life it’s even better and more beautiful. The villa offers all you can possibly think of, from a very nice and large pool to a table tennis table and from all the possible kitchen supplies to nice beds! The owner of the villa is very kind and helpfull and very easy to reach. We would recommend this villa to everyone who is thinking about staying in Moraira or nearby places. We are definetly going back to this wonderful place! 5 stars!

We had a great stay the villa was excellent and as described in a very quiet spot not overlooked the games room is excellent. Car is a must for getting about, Moreira is a lovely place a nice beach but make sure you have a good look round, if you want an English breakfast try the castle café. The boys wanted to watch footy so we walked to Moreira and got a taxi back 17 euros. Do as much or as little as you want! Oh yes if you want car hire go direct not through doyou spain etc they are agents not the actual company.

You never know if the reviews you read about the villa or the person that owns it are correct or not. On this occasion everyone was 100% correct. Christaine the owner replied on all my emails straight away, which was a good positive start. Then once we arrived at the villa she was there to greet us and spoke to us about everything we needed and even after she left us to enjoy our holiday I wanted to ask a couple more questions and made 2 telephone calls and she answered immediately, fantastic service. The villa was clean and nicely decorated, the pictures on the website don’t do it justice. My wife and three grown up children plus partners have just spent a lovely time there. The attention to details from a fully thought out kitchen for any type of meal if you don’t want to go out was great to a comfortable lounge seating area. Situated in a quiet location and shutters on the windows and doors make this villa lovely for a pleasant nights sleep plus with lovely decorated clean bathroom/ en-suites makes for a good start to the day. Deep pool for fun and there was already some inflatables there. Lovely to sit on the downstairs dining area by the pool for meal with the BBQ close by. There is an upstairs outside seating area which had a lovely view for our breakfast’s and other evening meals. To finish off many villas we looked at before this one had either a pool table or table tennis or if you’re lucky a football table, we were lucky and had all three here, great fun !! In juli 2018 genoten wij, groep van 10 (volwassen) personen, 2 weken lang van ons verblijf in Villa Benismuslem, rustig gelegen in een heuvelachtige wijk met vakantievilla's op een kleine 10 minuten (auto-) rijafstand van Moraira. De villa is modern en met zorg ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, waarbij werkelijk aan alles is gedacht. Heerlijk zwembad met buitenkeuken (inclusief ijskast), barbecue, eettafel, stoelen, ligbedden. Goed ingerichte slaapkamers en bedden. Keuken en bijkeuken met 2 grote ijskasten en wasmachine. Meer dan voldoende borden, glazen en bestek. Mooi balkon met grote eettafel en parasols. Grote garage welke is ingericht met nieuw poolbiljart, tafeltennistafel en voetbalspel. Contact met eigenaar Christiane verliep prima, heldere afspraken rondom aankomst en vertrek en veel info over de villa, omgeving en lokale activiteiten. In de directe omgeving (maximaal 10 minuten met de auto) meerdere grote supermarkten en restaurants. Diverse stranden in en om Moraira ook op ongeveer 10 minuten rijafstand. Kortom een toplocatie waar wij graag nog een keer terugkomen

11 of us landed back home on Saturday morning after spending a week at this stunning villa with some serious holiday blues! We have had a wonderful time, and the spacious, modern property with beautiful views of Moraira is a must for any family. We took 4 children with us and all they were so happy with the pool area and the huge games room with Pool, Table Tennis and Table Football. Christiane was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Highly Recommended.

We were 5 adults and 5 children on vacation. This house was just perfect. Clean and nice. Very well planned with the bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Nice pool area with beds, table, fridge and barbecue.The pool was very deep in the deep end so diving was no problem! The road to the house was i bit tricky the first time since the GPS wanted us to drive on very small roads but you learn the area pretty quick and then it is no problem finding your way. Beautiful view from the house which is located rather high up. All contact with the owner Christiane was very smooth and she was always quick to reply all questions that poped up. We are very satisfied with our stay and have nothing to complain about!

We enjoyed our stay in villa Benimuslem very much the villa was very beautiful, clean and comfortable . We had beautiful weather and we lived the whole week near the swimming-pool , there was a good place for each one of us ( 8 adults) someone wants a place in the sun the other in the shadow . You need a car to go to the beautiful center of Moraira with many good restaurants and nice terraces . The owner was very nice and helpful. We will recommend this house to all off our friends and will certainly come back once.

The villa was perfect for our party of 8. The description was completely accurate and the villa was very clean and of a high standard. The owner provided good service and was very welcoming. We would most definitely recommend the villa to all family & friends. A car is essential as restaurants/shops are not within walking distance however, the villa is situated in a beautiful area. In terms of restaurants, we would recommend Cava Restaurant in Moraira - tapas is amazing but book early.
