This property was amazing. The views were out of this world. Especially the one from the master bedrooms. Waking up to the sunrises everyday is like a dream. The owner Jim is one of the best property owners I've ever worked with. The house was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was very nice to work in. Large living space made it nice to lounge around. It was great to have all the beach supplies as well. Chairs, bikes, umbrella, and a wagon to boot. Made taking all your stuff to the beach effortless. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

One week is not long enough to enjoy this a mask g property. This is heaven on earth!

We very much enjoyed staying at Jim's townhome! The views from the master bedroom/spare room and whole downstairs are amazing! I cooked breakfast while watching dolphins! We found ourselves sitting and watching the waves very often! The beach was so close, closer than any other place I have stayed on Sanibel.10/10 would stay here again! Jim is very quick to reply if you need to contact him for anything, from check in to check out the process was very smooth. Thank you Jim!

Great stay!!! Rental was super clean and accommodating. All new appliances and very updated. Provided all amenities and went above and beyond with communication and information. Owner was readily available for questions, etc. Couldn’t have rented from a nicer person. Loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, beach towels. Shelling was phenomenal. thank you. Hope to be back.

The unit is clean and very welcoming! Perfect for our family get a way! Waking up every morning to the white sand beaches and gentle rolling waves! While Sanibel is bruised, she is making a comeback and this unit is a perfect example! Every thing was great!

The location was great for shelling and such close access to the beach. The condo was very accommodating and spacious. Jim was so great at communicating. We had a great trip.

We had a great time. Golden Beach 4 was clean and equipped with everything you need for a great family vacation. The unit was clean and well organized. The view is incredible. The beach was quiet and relaxing. The service was first class. The calls to see if we needed anything or to offer recommendations for dinner was world class service. I have been going to Sanibel and Captiva for 40 years and this was the best accommodations and service!

Perfect layout for family, with lots of room and amazing views. Everything you need for beach and pool, super attentive owner and rental company.

This unit is just yards from the beach! A wonderful, quiet home and beach. Owner provides numerous chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floats and even wagons to carry the items. The first floor cabana was perfect and we used it everyday! Good location on the island. Jim is personable, responsive and made great recommendations.

We loved every thing about the house and Sanibel Island. We will be back!

Golden Beach #4 was perfect for my family. Our ages ranged from 6 to 69. The condo is spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The beach was not crowded and the shelling was great. We appreciated the beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and bicycles that were provided. Jim was a great host!

Our family of 5 (3 teen boys) stayed here for spring break 2022. We had a wonderful time - owner was very responsive prior to our arrival and upon arrival. The condo is situated right on the beachfront, the beds were comfortable. The unit is equipped with bikes which was wonderful. We used them every day. Umbrellas, beach chairs, etc all provided. We had a great time. Would stay here again.

The kitchen is well-stocked, but the pots and pans are on their last leg. Also, there are only a few plastic cups in the whole place. You get to have your own hose and sand cleaning station. There are plenty of beach toys and chairs and the bikes were a big plus. There are things here and there that are ready to be updated or fixed, but overall we enjoyed the stay very much! Jim was very attentive and helpful.

The views from the entire home were breathtaking and our two small dogs were very comfortable and happy there with us as well. The path to the beach was nice to walk and very private as it only belongs to the 4 townhomes in the area. All the comforts of home with the amenities and close enough to everything.

This was a lovely home with a beautiful living space and absolutely the best beach location! We shelled, walked, went swimming in pool and gulf, visited Ding Darling almost every day and enjoyed each other’s company. My dad got awesome sunrise and bird photos. Dreamy! Stairs were necessary but a challenge for some of us! Our dogs were thrilled to go on vacation with us and taking them out down the stairs gave me a great fitness opportunity! 😊Communication was great. Hope to return.

I brought a few things to the owner's attention after checking out regarding cleanliness which I am sure have now been rectified!!! He is very on top of things & quick to respond! The shared pool w/ the other 3 townhomes is very clean & refreshing! The boardwalk to the beach is in great shape and makes getting to & from the beach very easy! Great location for dog friendly! We had a great, relaxing, Sanibel breezy time!

Condo has lots of space and is very well equipped for an active beach vacation. Beach chairs, cart, bikes, bbq grill, etc. were all in good working order. The condo itself has great views of the water & has a fantastic floorplan....very open. The owner is involved & checked on us a couple of times during the week to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing, family type of getaway.
