Staff no as helpful

Too costly Food was really bad in taste Proper blankets not there Room temp was difficult to regulate

I dont like the staff The faurd is happening with the guests. My experience with lemon tree is too bad Although holiday in is best in all terms

Faurd call comming from lemontree It's not normal coz I been to many hotels I never ever face these type of things

No Bar, half cooked and tasteless food

The location for this property is fantastic. It’s right next to the airport and metro station with easy and safe access to most places in lucknow. The staff was very helpful and flexible with my requests.

I would expect the healthcare and fitness facilities to be slightly better maintained. It seems a little run down owing to not many customers using it.

Very comfortable beds. Easy access shower. Tea and bottled water in room. Great AC. TV. Nice views of the surrounding area and main road.

cleanliness and prompt response of staff

the food, location is a bit odd as its on highway and all night u can hear traffic noise but try to take rooms at the other end as its a vacant plot.
